Our garage door closer broke between the holidays. I attempted to fix it myself via YouTube. Since I could not identify the real issue, I asked my dad for a referral. He said he uses Environmental Door. They communicated very well over the phone, called before coming out, and performed quick, quality service work. The best part, it was very affordable and now the garage works better than it has in years. Customer for life. Thank you!

Environmental Door is professional, personable, and fixed our garage quickly! We had a lot of trouble over many months trying to figure out why our door was binding as it came down, and they fixed it in an hour! Next time we'll absolutely be calling Environmental Door for any maintenance help. I would recommend them to anyone.

We loved working with Environmental Door Inc! They were extremely prompt and their prices seemed very reasonable. The repairman we worked with was very nice and knowledgeable. Only downside is not a ton of communication (we asked for heads up-phone calls when they were on their way but didn't get them), but that is a super small complaint from us. Still 5 stars!! Will be calling them again for any garage-related issues!

Environmental Door installed a new garage door opener for me. Rob was timely and friendly. What I appreciated the most was his willingness to help me set up the app on my phone and establish a PIN for my new outdoor keypad. With his help it was done in five minutes. If I had to do it on my own it would've been a lot longer! I was very very pleased with the service and fair prices. I would recommend them to anybody.

I have a shed/ workshop in my backyard that is being painted, the garage door was literally crumbling, it couldn't be power washed or painted so it would have been quite the eyesore once the rest was painted. I contacted Environmental and asked for the cheapest option since it wouldn't be used often. They were efficient in removing my old one and replacing with the new and the maintenance tech was friendly. Definitely recommend.

My brother was taken advantage of by a referral for some work done on his house. With the winter weather as brutal as it can get in MI he really needed a garage door opener installed. I put out the request and Environmental Door was quick to respond and quick to schedule the installation. The installer showed up on time on the day agreed upon without issue. Unlike the other referral who kept giving excuse after excuse. Great company. Would highly reccomend!

If there were more stars, I would rate this company higher!! Sent a yelp request yesterday for repairing my garage door ( I'm guessing my 12 and 7 year old grandsons thought it'd be fun to ride the door up when they opened it ) and received a response from Michelle right away that afternoon. I waited to see other responses before calling anyone but the rest of the companies were not nearly as clear as Michelle's quote. When I described the damage she quoted back the cost of each part IF they needed replacing. Contacted her this morning and Rob just left (2:00 PM) with the door working better than it has in years!!! No new parts needed so the cost was even lower than the quote she gave me. No need for me to look for bids in the future. I found the company I trust!!!

Faced with an after-hours service fee of at least $125, a track that was bent, cable that unwound and possibility of other companies being able to come over, I followed my handyman's suggestion to call Environmental door. Bob was here before the estimated timeframe, quoted me $85 and now it works better than it did BEFORE it broke and didn't charge for incidental parts (wheels and ball bearings). If you need someone you can trust to repair your busted garage door, call this company! Way to go!

Thoroughly unhappy with environmental door. Our garage door came loose at the hinges in the spring broke. This is the 3rd spring that has broken in 14 years. Called them to come and repair our door. The person I spoke with told me if they came that day, it was 4 o'clock at that time, it would be more expensive and he could save us money if we set it up for the next day. I told them I would be home until noon and then again after two. They said They would come during that time. 10 minutes before noon I got a phone call saying the only time they could come was during the time I was gone. They said they wouldn't be in the area any longer. I tried to make an appointment for the next day and the person I spoke with said they could not confirm if or when they could come. They showed absolutely no respect for my time and didn't really value me as a repeat customer. I called another garage door repair company and they were there within an hour. Will never use environmental door again and will never recommend them to anyone.
