Had our new garage door installed by Benjamin . He was right on time and then his coworker Judd came to give him a hand . They were very nice to deal with and had the job done quickly with everything cleaned up. What made me know Precision was a good company is that Benjamin pointed out some defects in some of the panels. He said this is abnormal and must have happened during shipping. I don't think I would have noticed them for a while if he hadn't pointed them out. Benjamin stated , this is not up to my standards so I will be out when it is convenient for you to replace the entire door. Thank you for your honesty and integrity young man !

Our garage door would only open about a foot and we noticed there was a broken spring. I messaged Precision and got an appointment scheduled for the same day. Jeremy arrived and diagnosed the problem and had the garage up and running again in no time. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. I'd recommend contacting Precision if you find yourself in the same predicament.

I spent over 3,500 8 years ago for two precision garage doors and lift masters remotes. We got the best with full warranty. Now one stopped working and I am extremely unhappy. Jeremy said it would all be covered. They just had to swap it out. Now I’m told I have to call lift master and resolve this myself. I am a disabled senior. This is not right.

Jeremy, the technician, was very friendly and professional at the same time. He studied our problem and offered the solution. Not only did he replace our garage door opener, he programmed all of our after-market door openers. He also lubricated the hinges and rollers on the door. He took one look at the rubber seal on the bottom of our garage door and let us know he could replace it, as it was badly worn. We had been told that was not a possibility before, so of course we had him replace that to keep little critters out. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Services Rendered: The door opener needed replacement.

Our garage door openers were approaching 30 years old and were not working well. I scheduled an appt. with Precision Garage Door of Western Michigan online. First of all, I love the online scheduling- it let's me see what days and times are available on my schedule. The company followed up with reminder texts and emails, and then the guys called when they were on their way to my house. They were able to install new openers quickly and explained all the ins and outs of the system to me. Super happy that my doors now open and shut with the press of a button. The guys who came to our house were professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

We had two new garage doors and all the electronic hardware..openers, cameras, outside code box etc, installed. This is a mixed review because the end product is wonderful! The installers did a beautiful job, everything is working perfectly. We're extremely happy with the quality. We did however run into some very upsetting issues along the way with our contact person. Guy came to measure both doors which are different sizes. When they were delivered, they were completely incorrect. Height and width were swapped. They had to be re-ordered. We were promised installation in 4-5 weeks..it ended up being over 3 months Every time I called to see where we were at, he never returned my calls. SO FRUSTRATING! Finally, my husband was contacted by the COO and he made things right. Got a decent discount, an apology and he required that manager to be part of the actual installation. 5 men showed up and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. The manager apologized several times and we shook hands and parted amicably. I'm never a PIA when we're having work done but at least have the decency to return my calls. Ghosting isn't cool. I would recommend Precision Door even with the issues we had because they reached out and made it right, and it is truly a quality product!!
