We called Zylstra Door Company because our garage door spring broke - right before the Thanksgiving holiday. The scheduler on the phone was very understanding and promised someone would come that same day. Sure enough, our technician (Shawn) soon called to tell us he would be there in the afternoon. He explained the process for the repair in clear terms and completed all the work in a timely fashion. He was professional, courteous, and careful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

I had a great experience with Zylstra. I had two garage doors replaced with new openers. Noah was one of the friendliest and thorough installers that I have ever had. The job was done in one day and the clean up was magnificent. Thank you Noah for taking such good care of us!!!

Just had Ryan leave installing a new opener. What a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so l was comfortable with it before he left. Give these folks a call for all you're garage door needs, you won't be disappointed!

Today we had Zylstra deliver and install our new CHI garage door. We could not be more pleased! The two technicians (Noah and Ken) were here on time and did a wonderful job. Professional and efficient, they were great representatives for Zlystra. (Hint: they likely deserve a raise!). Overall a very pleasant transaction with Zylstra, at a competitive price.

One of my garage doors was making a terrible sound. I called and the person who answered the phone said they could have someone out the next day. Sure enough, a service tech named Sean arrived as promised and took care of the problem--drywall dust from new construction. He was friendly and professional and did not make me feel like I should have known what to do. I would highly recommend Zylstra Door.

I called Zylstra at the suggestion of a neighbor when one of my garage door springs broke. They were able to schedule me in very quickly. The service tech who did the repair was courteous and professional. The price for the repair was very reasonable, and I was able to receive an invoice over email and pay online. Overall, a great experience.

Very nice experience with everyone we spoke to from Zylstra Door! Our old garage opener broke and we were able to get scheduled within two days to have our new openers installed. The installer that put up the new openers was fast and redid the wiring so it was nice and stapled to the drywall. We are pleased with everything and would definitely rely on Zylstra Door for future garage door needs!

I had used Zylstra once before to adjust my garage door, so when another door needed the springs replaced, I called them again. They came to my house within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, and informed me of the solution. They had to order parts, and had the door repaired as soon as the parts came in. Great service provider. Services Rendered: Replace springs on a roller door.

My garage door abruptly broke on a Thursday. I called Zylstra and in less than 24 hours they arrived and had my garage fixed. They also went above and beyond to ensure the problem did not happen again. They were very nice, professional, quick, and the price was very reasonable considering I did not have too many options. It was a breath of fresh air to have a company take care of a problem and turn a annoying garage issue into a very pleasant experience. Zylstra's answered the phone on Christmas eve and got someone to the house the next monday morning. The service man showed up quickly and was extremely helpful in repairing the garage door. He fixed parts on the door I did not expect him to look at after replacing the springs. He then proceeded to help me finish my install of the new garage door opener. He went above and beyond what I expected from this service call, including taking away my old opener! Great company with outstanding customer service. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend this company. Services Rendered: I called at 8am to say my garage door spring broke and my car was trapped in the garage. They said someone would be out in the afternoon. 30 minutes later the tech was at my door and 15 minutes after that, it was repaired and lubricated as well. I dont know about cost because they bill later, but the service could not have been better!

I was very happy with the entire process. Services Rendered: Prompt service on an estimate for replacement of two panels on the garage door. called to confirm and order parts. replacement was done on scheduled date and he also lubricated the appropriate parts of the door. It works much smoother now and looks better too. cost matched estimate.
