Yelp5One garage door had been sticking before - but today.. it would Just raise a foot and go back down ...no way I could pull the car into the garage when I returned! The other door had to have the wall opener held down to open and close. Mike was close by when I called and enthusiastically agreed to come and look. He was here half an hour --fixed both doors and noticed a couple problems with the hand operated garden shed overhead door also in the garage.. He corrected the probems there too that I was unaware of. Mike is efficient, knowledgeable and personable and very easy to work with. The price was reasonable and I am incredibly happy with the service and speed. 8-28-2023

Yelp5Mike came out and installed a new garage door opener to replace our ancient one. He came out within a day of calling him, and was done within an hour. He was incredibly friendly and even took our old one with him to dispose of. If you need anything garage related, Mike is definitely the guy to go to.

Yelp5Mike is no-nonsense, very helpful, and willing to figure out what it will take to get your door working at its best. He called back within a few minutes and was out the following day. He fixed the issue that I called about and reprogrammed the system as well to make sure there wouldn't be any other issues. Reasonable price too. Highly recommend!

Yelp5I live out of state and my 91 year old mom had an urgent issue with her garage door not working. I tried to trouble shoot the issue on the phone and enlisted the help of a local friend, to no end. She had a delivery the next day. I called Quality and explained. I already knew the possibility of a day of service was most likely no. Given the situation, Mike said that not only would he come take a look today, he committed to a time so that my mom would know exactly when to leave her door open. He was able to find the issue and fix it that same hour. We are so very GRATEFUL to Mike and Quality for fixing it and most importantly for mom's peace of mind. It's the little things too. Thank you!
