Google5We had a great experience when the spring broke on our garage door and A1 came to help. The service we received was better than any we've had for other types of home repairs. Roger was skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. He presented all of our options along with price quotes to help us choose what best fit our needs. We didn't feel pressured into making decisions and genuinely appreciate Roger's insight. We'll definitely consider A1 when it comes time to replace our garage door.

Google5Roger came to my home today & removed my old opener & installed my new one. Work was fast & he explained every feature of my new opener, & was extremely friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job & would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for work done. Thanks Roger!

Google5Roger came out to install new equipment for us and took the time to explain the app, help us set everything up, and gave advice on things to fix and improve in the future. Great service and got our garage fixed quick

Google5I had a spring break on my garage door which caused the side cables to come undone as well. Roger was here on time and completed the work quickly, making sure to check out all additional parts for damage. Roger did a great job, would use and recommend A1 to others that are having issues with their garage door in the future.

Google5Roger was phenomenal! I had a broken torsion spring and wasn't sure how to tackle it. He came out, explained the issue, gave me options, and answered all of my questions. He even adjusted the connection between the door and my opener which makes it way quieter and smoother, and lubed up my other doors! A true professional!

Google5When the spring breaks on your garage door, it truly dampens ones day. Our spring broke this morning and I googled garage door repairs in Green Bay. I called A1 and explained our situation and they adjusted their schedule to make room to squeeze us in for the repair. I was notified when they were on the way to our home. Tony assessed the situation. He made some suggestions and gave prices on all options available. He was very knowledgeable, quite courteous and very efficient. He had our garage door repaired in no time. I am very satisfied with everything. I would recommend them to everyone. A great business indeed. 2 thumbs up rating from me. You will not be disappointed.

Google5Roger was extremely patient while I made decisions about my garage door repair. Once I made the decision, he was both efficient and thorough. I really appreciated his knowledge of the product and explanation of garage door maintenance. All that and so polite the whole time!
