I've been to this location twice now. The building is long and the entrance is on the right side up front so use the first driveway. You enter a small waiting area and must dial a four digit number on the phone by the window desk. Someone will answer and come to help. Both times the help was very friendly and helpful. Although I couldn't get the part because of age, they gave me good advice on how to move forward.
Overhead garage door co. Of Green Bay was great to work with. The 2 young men who installed my doors where polite, good workers and cleaned everything up after installation. I would recommend this company.

I highly recommend Overhead Door Company. The technician that serviced my inoperable garage door opener was very knowledgeable and fast. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. Both of my doors now work better than ever
I have used OH Door for several different new construction jobs over the past decade. Usually they provide a quality product but struggle with customer service and transparency. This past winter, I requested their help to repair the poor workmanship of another local overhead door installer. In short, they communication was hit and miss, their timeliness was terrible, and their workmanship was abysmal. My doors are noisy, misaligned, and sometimes fail to open or shut. I have reached out to them via US Mail and by phone and have not heard back.
I have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed. I called yesterday because my garage door would not go down. The woman who answered the phone suggested that, before they send someone out and I incur a service charge, I try to line up the lasers as one of them may have been knocked out of line while sweeping, shoveling, etc. She gave me detailed instructions on how to do that. I did it and the door works perfectly. I really appreciate this type of customer service!!!

The "star" rating of 2 is due to overall experience. I called Overhead Door to come over and look at a garage door opener that was not working. The service technician that came to the house was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He told me that the motherboard for the opener was beyond repair and that a new motherboard part was not available, so I would have to get a new operator. He gave me all of the usual options, do it yourself, buy the operator and have them install or just get the operator from them and have them install it. I opted to get the operator from them and have them install it. Because I have two door operators and I didn't want to deal with two different remotes, I asked him to replace the other door opener as well. From my perspective, the service technician received 4 stars and I remove one star only because he made a huge assumption that I did not want the old openers. When he finished the job he took them with him. That night, my husband and I noticed that he did not leave the openers - so first thing the next morning, I called the shop and asked them to locate the openers and return them. The person that answered the phone said she'd check in the back and then get back to me. I never heard back from them. When it came time to pay my invoice, I included a note and explained how disappointed I was that my property was taken without my consent. I also explained that no one ever got back to me. Not surprised, I still have not heard back from the company -- even to express the fact that they might be "sorry" it happened or to offer some type of discount. So, the reason I give them a two star rating is simply because the leadership of the organization must not value the customer at all. If they did, then their employees - which are the most visible part of your image would have cared enough to AT LEAST call me back. Won't use them again...
Called 4:45pm Tuesday, salesman came out Wed morning, and install was done by noon Thursday. Fantastic! Very satisfied with this purchase and installation. I couldn't have done it myself for much less, and it wouldn't have come out nearly as good, and wouldn't have been worth the hassle, either. Exceeded my expectations with responsiveness, installation of all new hardware, and removal of old door. Salesman was great, not pushy or trying to sell me anything; was helpful in selecting right color for my installation. Install person did a great, professional job, and left no mess behind. Only confusing thing about this is getting right address/phone number for the company. Like another reviewer, I used Overhead Door on Walker St, Green Bay, WI. 920 437-0292. Services Rendered: Replaced old, falling apart, wooden garage door with new, insulated door. Also replaced track and tension spring, as part of service.
Tech showed me the worn gear and replaced it. He pointed out the bowing in the concrete floor that was preventing the door from closing evenly on both sides. He lubricated the door and adjusted it to close somewhat more evenly. The gap is now barely noticeable when the door is closed and both the opener and door make much less noise when the door is opened or closed. Services Rendered: Replaced worn gear and sprocket in opener, and adjusted and lubricated door.
excellant...would certainly use the company again....I was able to get a same day appointment...the workman was on time ..couteous...explained what the problem was, fixed the problem and taught me how to prevent the problem in the furture..plus completed a full maintanence of the garage door, taught me what I need to be doing, and what I need to watch out for....excellant....
