Garage Door Pro is a great example of an excellent customer experience. We had a garage door spring break over the weekend, reviewed Garage Door Pro online and submitted an online form. I really didn't expect a reply until Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. Boom, 1st thing MONDAY morning I have a call and a text. I have a quote within 20 minutes and a team on-site with in the hour. They were fast, friendly and serviced the entire door while here. Highly recommended.

My garage door would not close because way out of balance and alignment. Called these guys at noon, they showed up a couple hours later(same day). Loosened up the entire garage door system, complete realignment, rebalanced and lubricated the door and mechanism. The door has never operated this quiet and smooth since I have lived here. The price was very reasonable and I'm all smiles. I thought I was going to have to buy a new garage door and opener. I will only call these guy's in the future.

The guys did excellent work and knew what they were doing. As part of the maintenance, they replaced the steel rollers with nylon rollers - made a HUGE reduction in noise. They lubed all moving parts as well. They even helped me unload a couple of 150 lb. cabinets from my truck when they finished with the garage doors - no charge. Who does that? You won't go wrong with these guys. Services Rendered: They did the $99 maintenance on one of my garage doors.
