Levi was great throughout my entire decision making process. I had a hard time choosing between the two tan colors. He dropped off samples for me, sent photos of installs, and was very patient, answering all my questions about window grids. Would def recommend! I don't have a pic of the final project cuz house is still being painted as I write this but this was right after install.
Levi was amazing! He was prompt for our scheduled time and he provided us with honest feedback about his recommendations. He was able to come back the next week with his team to complete the repair. My garage opener started acting up. I made some adjustments but they didn't fix it. These guys were servicing my next door neighbor's garage door opener so I walked over. We have the same unit. They finished up and came over to check over my unit. They made a few more additional adjustments and it looks to be working. They said to call if it malfunctioned again. Let's keep our fingers crossed. Looks like I owe my neighbor a thank you. Highly recommend these folks.
I called H & L based on a recommendation from a friend of mine. My garage door had a failed spring which was causing the garage door to only open part way then close back again. I called first thing in the morning and a couple hours later Levi and his team were at my house replacing the spring. Garage door was fixed before lunch time. Satisfied Customer! I contacted H&L about replacing the bottom seal on my garage door. Levi made a special trip out to see what kind of seal my door took. It was not a common style seal, and he had to order it. Within a couple of days, Levi called me, telling me that he had the seal and could install it that day. A little while later, Levi and his 2 helpers arrived. They all met me with a firm handshake and introduced themselves. They then went to work replacing my seal and doing a service on my door that I requested. During the service, they found that the cables on the door had frayed. Levi showed me the issue, and I agreed to have those replaced as well. I must say, I was truly impressed by how well they worked together and around each other. At one point, I jokingly asked them who their choreographer is. At the end of the day, they did high-quality repairs at a fair price in a timely fashion with professionalism I rarely see these days.
These guys are great! Came out to evaluate my problem and told me I needed a new belt. Informed me that the belt had a lifetime warranty (which I didn't know) and gave me all the info I needed to request a new one, which the home owner has to do. They came back after my belt arrived, installed it and did some other preventative maintenance. Only charged me for the one service call. Very nice people and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
This company is awesome. This is the second time I have called them out to do a repair, and they always get us on their schedule, no problem. I love that it's affordable and it's a small owned business. My first repair with the company they came out after another company gave me this crazy quote. He told us we didn't need a new garage door. Installed us some rollers and a newer seal, and we asked him to upgrade the motor which we love. Second repair installed new springs after they broke. Levi and company installed two garage doors for me. I enjoyed working with them so much. He and company were so professional and communicated with me throughout the process of the project. Levi is so personable you feel like you have known him forever and it would do anything to help make the process easier for the customer. H&L Garage Door Company did a great job installing our two new garage doors! An Amazon driver hit our garage door and we had to get it replaced. I received several quotes and we went went H&L Garage. Let's talk about this company So I wrecked into my own door. I had another company quote a replacement, but even though they were fair and responsive they were 4 weeks out on replacement. H&L (Levi) called us right back, came out the same day and ordered our door Friday for delivery install the next week. Come Monday he confirmed install for Wednesday. They quoted 11am and were here by 11 am. They quoted 2 hours and finished very close to 2 hours. Polite professional clean and prompt. Bonus points for Coming in less expensive than first quote (blind bid) Getting install done 3 1/2 weeks sooner.
