Yelp5Prompt, pleasant. I really need a new door - but he didn't try to sell me a new door. Instead, he said what he could do to help the present situation. I even told them I need a bottom seal (based on inspectors report. But he said that really wouldn't help the situation. Will use them again and recommend to all their services.

Google5Obtained a new Genie garage door opener and installation from Home Depot in Katy, Texas and JD Garage Door Services was the installation contractor. A very nice young woman arrived early to do the install. She was very professional, worked quickly and did a very fine job in removing the old opener, installing and setting up the new opener and tightening the door spring. She was the neatest technician I have encountered, cleaning up the work area as she moved from task to task and taking away the old opener when she left. I highly recommend this service through Home Depot and JD Garage Door Services. The scheduler at Home Depot was also very nice and sent friendly text reminders about the service and scheduled time. Five stars for the technician, her employer and Home Depot.

Google5Called JD at 5pm one day and they had my garage fixed by 8:30am the next morning. Garage door was so loud for months then the spring broke. Quiet as a mouse now. And price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Google5I called him at 2:30 and he arrived at 4:45! So nice to get quick service like that! My springs were the incorrect size apparently for the last 9 years! He installed a bigger, correct size and now my door is much quieter and I can lift it manually, if needed, with 2 fingers! Before I needed my husband or sons to lift it bc it was so heavy. Great, efficient and cost effective job!
