Had my old door & mechanism replaced, Eric did a marvelous job! OTD was good to work with as a company and has a nice selection of doors. The OTD technicians were great! Personable, hardworking and dedicated to a perfect installation! Thankful to Eric for all he did to complete the job!
The spring broke at 10:00 AM, Eric had the springs replaced and the door serviced by 12 noon. Eric was personable, professional, and showed me how to do some maintenance between service calls. Overall, I am quite happy with Eric and Original Triad door.

I called Triad Door this morning to repair one of our garage doors, i.e. not closing properly. Despite a book scheduled, they were able to still accommodate us and complete the work today. We're very pleased with their responsiveness and service quality. Hunter, the Service Tech, was very professional and friendly. Triad Door will be our garage door company of choice for future service and/or repair needs.

Eric who installed our new motor and belt drive was prompt to arrive, quickly made the repairs and reprogrammed our vehicles and remote openers and showed us some of the features of our new keypad. The work completed is excellent and I appreciate the professionalism and quick service.
Thoroughly pleased with my experience today with this company. From scheduling my appointment to finalizing payment, it was perfect. Very knowledgeable and customer focused technician was sent out. I received a text showing his picture and his name before he arrived. He was so willing to make sure all of my needs were met which is extremely rare these days with most companies. I cannot say enough great things about Triad Door! The customer service, product selection, and quality of install was on pint. They were quick to respond when I reach out for a quote or with questions. They sent someone out to walk me through options annd she provided me with a few quote very quickly. Once I made my decision the process was seemless. When the product was in, they were quick to get an installer scheduled and the young man who installed the new door and motor did quality work and was very friendly.
From my first call to them on 4/5/2023 to the install on 4/10/2023 this was a great experience. Amanda (office manage) kept me informed of the process, sent me pictures of who to expect and when. Everyone was on time, professional and friendly. Angie was actually early for her appointment to measure and there was NO hard sell- only information on my options. I had Original Triad Door come out and take a look at a garage door that was making a ton of noise and doing quite a bit of rocking side to side as it was opening, as I didn't want it to break. OTD was able to get to me within two days even though my situation was a non emergency. The operator I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and clear about their charges. My tech arrived on time, and did call in advance to let me know exactly when within the two hour window I was given that he would arrive, much appreciated. I'm embarrassed I can't remember his name at the moment, but he did a great job and was fun to talk to. He lubricated all pulleys and joints on both garage doors and checked the paths for any obstruction that might cause the issue. Upon inspection of the door, he realized that one of the center anchor points was starting to rot (the door is wood and over 30 years old). He reinforced that area as best he could and the next time he opened and closed the door it glided smooth as you'd want. He informed me I needed to think about new doors in the near future, and gave me a rough estimate on pricing from his catalog. I appreciate knowing this so I can plan for it, and not feeling pressured to buy new doors right then and there. I also again want to express how friendly he was and diligent in his inspection and work. I'd recommend Original Triad Door to any needing garage door work!

The springs on our garage door snapped late Friday afternoon and gave these folks a call. Apologized that they couldn't be here til Monday. It was faster than I expected. The service tech called and was ahead of schedule and arrive an hour early. Very friendly and completed the job quickly. Provided some great preventative maintenance ideas. Very pleased and would recommend.

I received an almost immediate text from Amanda who was very professional in inquiring my needs and getting a tech to the house. Dylan was the tech assigned and I’ve never had any repairman talk me out of spending my money, but he was unsure of the problem and didn’t want to do a complete replacement if it wasn’t necessary. He insisted on having another tech, Dave, take a look as he was more skilled in this type of repair. Dave was super professional and really took his time with diagnosing the problem versus just doing a complete replacement. Sadly, our motor and keypads all needed replacing and he took care of this very quickly and professionally. A great experience with professionals. My only criticism is they don’t offer a Military Discount which other competitors do. Services Rendered: Malfunctioning garage door motor and/or remotes!

From my initial call to the installation, these people are friendly, courteous, professional and most importantly do what they say they are going to do. They showed up when they said they would be there. They honored the price quoted with no switch and bait type techniques. I'm very pleased and would certainly use them again. This company sells very nice, top grade garage doors. The quality is very high, well built! Even the economy version of their aluminum door panels are so well insulated that my garage stayed warm during this past brutal winter. The openers that they sold me are by far the quietest units I've ever heard and I highly recommend them. In my opinion you can NOT find a better door / opener on the market. I custom built a 1/2 million dollar home and these door look great! My reason for the poor review is for service after the sale. They didn't install bulbs in my 3 new garage door openers. They told me that's an electrician's job. Shouldn't be a big deal and normally it wouldn't bother most people but....I'm an amputee missing a leg in a wheelchair so climbing a ladder to install bulbs which should have come with the units is not possible on 11 ft ceilings. The salesman knows I'm handicapped and rely on others I pay to get it done right. The lights also function as indicators when programming the remotes, which they shorted me one of and wouldn't help. I am trying to get into my wheelchair in the dark when I pull into my garage at night and it's because they left the light bulbs out. Kenneth told me "that's an electrician's job" to install the bulbs. Seriously? Not everyone has an electrician on call to install bulbs at the house. Really, I spend $2000 on 3 new doors and you won't install light bulbs in the openers? The installers had a hard time installing my openers claiming a missing wire. It's new construction and pre wired perfectly. They never returned to finish the job. An electrician did come to to find the wire which was in place as I suspected. I incurred an additional $90 charge to finish this company's work. I was so excited the doors worked I neglected the bulbs. Kenneth, at this company says "bulbs are fragile and his installers won't carry them in their trucks". Bottom line, nice doors and stuff, just make sure you get lights bulbs in your openers! Be on top of this guy Kenneth if you plan to do business with him. Nice products, on time delivery, fair price but NO HELP after they leave your home! Good luck.
