Google5First, let me say I don't do reviews so hear this loud and clear this company for any work anything garage door related. These are the people to call the technician we had Steven fantastic job would recommend him to work on anything and everything that is garage door related, super professional, super charismatic, and well mannered Thank you so much for doing the job in the timely manner of two hours. You guys have been the best I would recommend all day every day thank you.

Google5Person answering the phone was very helpful and was able to provide me with a same day appointment for my garage not opening. Technician was 2 hours ahead of schedule and was able to help us within an hour. He also saved us money for the future by providing a package that offers a life time warranty. Highly recommend.

Google3They were prompt in responding. However, the quotes were extremely high. I went with the lowest quote of $751 to replace broken garage springs. After reviewing the average cost of this type of repair, I found this quote to be excessive. I was offered a senior discount which brought the price to $713. The repair took less then an hour and is functioning properly. A one year warranty game with the repair.

Google3First of all, I have no complaints w/ the tech & the promptness of getting him here to repair my garage door. My displeasure is in the price, which I find to be exorbitant. It was almost $500 to replace the circuit board & around $250 for rollers. Again, the repairman was very knowledgeable & professional & I realize the prices aren't set by him

Google5Wonderful customer service, called last night and the girl was so friendly and helpful. Scheduled an appointment and the service guy was great explained what happened and what my options were with pricing. Will definitely use them when needed in the future.

Google5From inspection to install everything was handled in a timely manner. Our installer, Jonathan "Jay" was on time and explained every step of the process. After completing the installation he went over the all parts replaced. Very pleased with the results.

Angi5Spring broke around noon on Friday. I called Precision who last worked on our garage doors in 2011. Made an appt. for Saturday between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m. Got a call from Alex Martin of Precision about 10:00 a.m. and said he could come earlier if that was okay. I said yes. 30 minutes later Alex came did an inspection and then the work to replace the springs and do other maintenance. The Springs were replaced a no cost as they were under a lifetime warranty. I did not realize the springs were under warranty. Great news on a Saturday! I love Precision! Services Rendered: Replace Broken Springs for a double garage door.

Angi5I was very impressed with Precision from start to finish. Their people showed up when they said they would, including the person who came to give me the estimate. They were friendly and professional, getting the door replaced in just under three hours. The old door had actually been screwed to the frame and that didn't slow them down. I was also impressed with the turn around time. I got the quote on Friday afternoon, late, called them on Monday to discuss the cost, and they had the door replaced the next day. They were a bit more expensive than the other two quotes I received, but I decided to go with them because they seemed to be worth the extra cost. The door looks good, opens and closes smoothly and quietly, and I would definitely recommend them. To: Angie's List - please decide if it's appropriate to include the following and feel free to delete it if you think it is not. I recently worked with another contractor who sent two workmen to my house who spoke no English. I speak no Spanish, so it was frustrating. I appreciate that these workmen were very easy to communicate with. Services Rendered: I needed a single door on a free standing garage replaced.

Angi3They never responded to my RFQ. I can't give them an F on responsiveness because I didn't give them much time to respond but a simple acknowledgement that they received my RFQ and were working on it would have been nice. Instead, "fixed and dilated." So I gave 'em a "D" and left everything else N/A. P.S. it made me pick an overall rating so I picked "C" since I don't know their work. Services Rendered: Garage door replacement, urgently.
