Google5I have used Surefix a few times. What matters to me most when I deal with any company is honesty. They won't try to upcharge you for anything. If they tell you that something is needed, it is. The work is top notch and you can trust the people that come to your house. You can also count on reasonable pricing and top notch customer service.

Google5Very satisfied with Sure Fix. Chris replaced my old garage door opener. It didn't take long to fix. He did a good job of explaining everything. He was very reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Google5Drew came out the same day of contact and replaced my broken spring with two new ones. Drew is very efficient and did a great job. My door also now lacks that annoying popping noise that occurred before he arrived.

Google5What an amazing company. Our garage door had been out of service for almost 2 months. We first gave Precision a call and they gave me 3 different quotes with the lowest being $800. We decided to delay the repair and research on our own what the problem could be. After trying several different things, we gave up. I came across Sure Fix one night and gave them a call the next morning. They were at our house within a few hours. That in itself was impressive. The technician was able to figure out and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. We simply needed to replace the sensors. SureFix charged a great price and I can't thank them enough for their speedy and professional service. Definitely our go to garage door pros.

Google5We used Sure Fix earlier this year. I found the issue one evening, called and they were here the next morning. They not only repaired the initial problem, but during their through inspection found two other issues. The pricing was quoted on site and repairs were completed timely. They are now our go-to on garage door issues. I would highly recommend them.

BBB5Very pleased with Sure Fix! We had Chris from Sure Fix out last week because our overhead door wasn’t working properly. He made some adjustments and it worked correctly. Because of the age of the unit he suggested that we might consider replacing it. The unit was 29 years old and the expected life expectancy is 10-15 years. Sure Fix has a very reasonable charge to install a new unit if the owner supplies it. I went ahead and bought a new unit off Amazon and had them install it. I’m very happy with the result. They really know what they are doing.

BBB5Two hours ago … the garage door spring broke … and now … it’s fixed. I can highly recommend the company, “SURE FIX.” I spoke with Joy. Drew was here with the hour. And, the cost was more than reasonable. Now … my car is in the garage and we are watching the Bowl game. ??

Google5We highly recommend Sure Fix Garage Door Repair. They have repaired our door twice- 2 different problems. The spring on the door broke Saturday evening (fall, 2021). I contacted Joy Sunday and scheduled service for Monday. Nick arrived right on time and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was finished within an hour. He also gave us maintenance tips for the door. We felt the cost of service was also very reasonable. Joy and Nick restored our faith in service personnel. (2 previous workers for other home issues left a lot to be desired). A second problem with our door occurred about 14 months later when the power was out (Christmas Eve, 2022). I called the day after Christmas, Chris came the next day. We needed a new motor and he gave us the options, helped us pick the best unit for us, and installed it the next day.

Yelp5I was having an issue with one of my sensors and I googled garage repair businesses and decided to call surefix after the great reviews. They did not disappoint. Very friendly, gave me a time of arrival for same day and actually came on time. Tech was very knowledgeable and even went the extra mile in oiling up my door. Customer service is becoming a lost art but they got it right. Will definitely recommend!

Nick explained everything that was needed in the repair of my garage door and answered all my questions. The price was very affordable as well. Yelp5I had a wonderful experience with Sure Fix. I attempted to pull the cord and open my garage door manually when the power was out yesterday. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't lift it, but after pulling the cord I couldn't open it manually or electronically. What I didn't realize is that I had a broken spring. No wonder I couldn't open it manually, it weighs over 300 pounds! My car was trapped in the garage, and I had a full on case of cabin fever and an empty cupboard. I called Sure Fix around 9:00 this morning, and they had it fixed by 2:00. With tax and parts, the bill was only $278. I am very impressed with the service, and everyone, from the person who fixed the door to the person I spoke to on the phone, was very friendly. They appreciated my business. Too often today some companies act like they're doing you a favor rather than showing appreciation for your business. That was not the case here. I really feel like a valued customer. I've called other companies to work on my garage door before, and the experiences were not nearly this good. I would highly recommend Sure Fix of Thomasville.
