I had a wonderful experience with Sure Fix. I attempted to pull the cord and open my garage door manually when the power was out yesterday. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't lift it, but after pulling the cord I couldn't open it manually or electronically. What I didn't realize is that I had a broken spring. No wonder I couldn't open it manually, it weighs over 300 pounds! My car was trapped in the garage, and I had a full on case of cabin fever and an empty cupboard. I called Sure Fix around 9:00 this morning, and they had it fixed by 2:00. With tax and parts, the bill was only $278. I am very impressed with the service, and everyone, from the person who fixed the door to the person I spoke to on the phone, was very friendly. They appreciated my business. Too often today some companies act like they're doing you a favor rather than showing appreciation for your business. That was not the case here. I really feel like a valued customer. I've called other companies to work on my garage door before, and the experiences were not nearly this good. I would highly recommend Sure Fix of Thomasville.
