Matthew and Ryan are incredible. They communicated when they were on their way. Showed up and made my garage better than before the damage occurred. They updated me to a more up to date remote , set it up for me and left the area clean after all their work. They did a complete replacement of everything in less than 2 hours!!! Exceptional!!

The owner of American Door Masters, Jonathan H***, came out to measure my garage and give me an estimate on framing the garage and installing a new garage door. The last few months, with some businesses having to close down (due to Covid), the garage door manufacturers were behind on providing new doors. I was told, back in January, that it would be between 6 and 10 weeks before new doors would be coming in stock. Recently, within the last 2 weeks, I have called Mr. H*** twice and emailed him once to see if new garage doors are becoming available, so I could arrange for him to do the framing and installation that we had talked about, and, for which he gave me a written estimate. Mr. H*** has not responded to my telephone calls or my email. I was planning on him providing this new garage door and installation and do not know why he has not even shown me the courtesy of returning my calls. Their ad states they are reliable and provide 24 hour emergency service, If I cannot even get a return call, then I'm not sure anyone wants to depend on this company for service of any kind.

John called me the same day that I requested a quote and gave me an estimate for the replacement spring by phone. He replaced my broken spring that afternoon. He was professional, discussed options with me and was in and out within 30-45 minutes. I would call this company again and refer them to my friends. Came right away in afternoon but did not have correct size springs as our door is oversized and requires bigger or heavier springs. We were very pleased when they responded to our call when an internal spring on the garage door broke. They showed up on time, when they said they'd be there, and the work was done professionally. He even put in a better spring than we had before. Price was reasonable, and Matt was very helpful!

I called in the morning to ask for someone to come and give me an estimate. Jon came out at 1:00 PM and the job was complete within the hour. We discussed replacing both springs on our 18 Ft. door and, based on the age of the second spring, we did just that. He replaced a broken hinge and, on his recommendation we also added a strut to keep the door from sagging. When the job was complete he adjusted the travel distance of the door as well. Very well satisfied with the service and price. The price included the $25 Angie's List discount that was offered. Services Rendered: We needed a garage door spring that had broken replaced.
