Greg and his crew had to come and replace our Sliding bay door at my job and his crew and himself did such a great job and they even did it for less than what I had planned. New Construction 3 car garage, Weather stripping cut to short, overhead him on phone telling his guy he doesn't need any Yankee telling him how to do his job. Wanted to charge me $275 to fix his problem. Note to Any Northerners coming this way, choose another company

I called Best Overhead Doors at 11:30AM the day before Thanksgiving with a broken garage door spring. They were working in the area & were at my garage in about an hour. Thirty minutes later it was fixed. They also checked the door & opener over & lubricated it where needed. It's as quiet as the day it was new now. Having it back in operation in about 90 minutes from the first call is unbelievable service, and at a more reasonable price than the other company I called.

They came out when they said they would. They fixed our garage door the first time they came out. Then they had to order a piece of siding that we needed to replace. They came back the day they said they would be here. Great service and pricing. Thank you!

Call this company first! I just called them late yesterday afternoon for a last minute request to fix the siding on my house. They scheduled an appointment today. I thought they were just going to give me a quote but the team actually completed the whole job with less than 24 hours notice! Their rate is very competitive as well. The gentleman were both very professional and kind and the finished job is exactly what we asked for. 5 stars! Highly recommend.

I was looking for a reliable company to fix my garage door. Best overhead was the only company that offered to come and do a free estimate. I had an appt the next day! Dwayne and Tom called before their arrival with an ETA. They were on time and had my garage door issue identified and fixed in 20 minutes. Dwayne took a few extra minutes to grease my garage door as he noticed it was sticking. The bill was a little less than expected as I got a quote from another company. I'd recommend using this company.

Best customer service we've received in a very long time! Given the delay of goods everyone is experiencing due to COVID, Greg set the right expectation from the first day I met him. He and his crew showed up when promised, and did an absolute fabulous job! I never write reviews but if you're looking fir an overhead door and/or service, do yourself a favor and go with this team. They will not disappoint!

They have a large stock of overhead doors and very responsive. I needed a garage door quickly. They had my garage door replaced the same day I called. I dialed them at 10:30 am had a new working door installed by 2:00 that same day. They where also very competitively priced. I saved a significant amount of money using their service. I would HIGHLY recommend calling them for any garage door service/repair/replacement

When your dog wakes you up three times in the middle of the night and you then go to open your garage door and the spring breaks and won't lift, you know your in for a bad day. Looked on Yelp to see who i could call and this company had great reviews. I called before 7:00am and left message. Shortly after I get a call and says they will be right out. The truck pulled up and a gentleman named Dwayne began work and replaced both springs, did an overall check and adjusted the chain and I was back in business before 9:00am. Now that is what you call amazing service that meets and exceeds the customers expectations. Very fair pricing for the work done. People must realize changing out springs and tightening is best left to the pros or you can get hurt easily. Very impressed and very happy I called them. A+++++

After having two onsite reviews and quotes, and doing some internet searches and estimates, I decided to with Best Overhead Door. They did a good job on their initial and visit and quote. Friendly and informative about the various options. I exchanges emails with Amanda and we reached agreement on product and cost. Had to be special order but within two weeks I have a new Door installed. They obviously knew what they were doing and were very efficient and left no mess. Great Job, great price, and great customer service! Services Rendered: Replaced Garage Door

Left a message and the owners wife responded within an hour. Appointment set for the next day. Greg the owner called to confirm 30 minutes before arrival time. Greg and his apprentice were great. Problem fixed quickly. Price reasonable to replace faulty sensors. Greg was prompt, courteous, affordable and professional. Would recommend Best for anyone with garage door needs.

He and an apprentice diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Wiring was good, sensors just needed replacement. Greg and his helper were prompt, thorough, courteous and professional. I would recommend Best for family, friends or anyone who has garage door needs. Services Rendered: Garage door not closing properly. I emailed Amanda 3 times over a month long period requesting someone to come out and take a look at the job. Each time, she was prompt to respond back by email and I was told someone would call me to arrange a time or that someone would come to the house on a certain day. No one ever showed up on any of the various days Amanda suggested and no one ever called saying they weren't coming on those days where they were supposed to come to the house. If they are too busy to deal with me, I would rather they said so vs. telling me they will be there on a certain day and then not calling or coming (happened 3 times). Very unprofessional. I give up. Will call someone else now. Services Rendered: I requested them to come out and give me an estimate to repair or replace a garage door opener that had failed.

Prompt - on-time with a pre-arrival notification. Knowledgeable - knew exactly what the problem was and what was needed without an up-sell. Efficient - was fixed properly and quickly, which was important due to my time constraints. Responsive - I requested they add a redundant torsion spring, which they did with no problem whatsoever. Reasonably priced - was equal or less than I expected after researching approximations online for replacement of 2 springs. Overall great experience. What else could you ask for? Will absolutely use again for future garage (and maybe vinyl siding!) needs. Great customer service goes a long way. Services Rendered: Arrived home last night to find a broken torsion spring on my garage door. Called them at 630PM. Call was promptly answered, even after hours, and got an appointment for 9-10AM this morning.

Very well. Services Rendered: Door jamb damaged causing eventual warping of guide rails, brackets bending, and rollers falling out. Wasn't sure if could be fixed, but Best did a great job. They couldn't fix door jamb, but remounted rollers brackets and extra support.
