Google5Thank you Elite Overhead Garage Doors. What wonderful service when I called and Bonnie was able to fit me in for the same day urgent service. To make it even better, Reed arrived promptly, he is so friendly and professional! Reed put me at ease, corrected the problem and gave me advice to keep th3 door working in perfect shape. This has been so refreshing, even is it started out as an almost emergency!

Google5This is the second time I have used Elite overhead doors in about 4 or 5 years. Both experiences were great. Reid and Lee came back with the ordered part when they said they would, charged a fair price and did an excellent job. They have excellent customer service as they answered all my questions (I had a few), with a great attitude!! Thank you. I would recommend and use again if needed.

Google5Great customer service! Put in a ticket online and they reached out within an hour. The woman in the office was able to get me in the next day and work around my schedule for a preferred time. The techs arrived early and called a half hour in advance. The repair was quick and the techs were both friendly and knowledgeable. My repair was relatively simple so they only charged the service charge. Can't say enough good things about them and will use for sure in the future!

Google5We only asked for them to install a motor that we purchased separately. They installed it quickly and professionally. Paul and Jesse were our installers; very nice people.
