Pricey, as quoted $100 to service the door, and charged almost 3 times more, as they said it had a couple of issues. The job was done in less than an hour and the door is running much smoother and making less noise.
Quick response and great work ethic. Called on Wednesday and they came on Thursday morning. My wall unit was not working. They had to replace it, but also serviced the door by checking the spring and giving it a good lube job. Recommend.
I recently hired Innovative Door Systems to replace a taller garage door with an 8 ft door. They replaced the old garage door, but also framed the opening down one foot so we could install the 8 ft door with a center mount opener. This also included installing new vinyl siding over the top of the new garage door. John and James came out and they were knowledgeable and the installation went flawlessly. They were friendly and professional throughout. From the estimate, to scheduling the job, to installation, the communication was excellent. I am definitely am glad I selected them for my garage door installation.

Communication is great with the text notifications letting me know when John would arrive. He even showed up ahead of the scheduled time and had the work completed very quickly. Total cost was right in line with expectations, would definitely recommend.
From quote to finish, they were straight up and honest. I needed a custom door, they got it ordered and installed within the time frame they told me. The installers did a great job. Everyone was friendly all around. I would use them again if I had more work to be done.

John arrived on time to quote the job, and came back with a good price. Door installed a week later. The installers did a great job in about 3 hours. I received a tutorial on the door opener function, and cautioned not to install a LED light, as that could interfere with remote door opening. They hauled away the old door and hardware. Quick response, had installer come out next day and took 30-40 minutes to install, very fast service. Very professional and speedy, can't complain at all.
Great customer service by John Geary (Owner) & John Morra (Technician). Only minor issue was glass panel design install and within a few weeks (special order) and replacement of desired design window panels very happy with this company and would gladly recommend if looking to install new door. We called this guy on a recommendation from a friend and when he came, told my husband that our door was off-brand and it would be a miracle if he could fix it. He charged us $45 for a trip fee and basically just said he couldn't help us. Really?
