Google5I could not have asked for better service. the repairman arrived within a few hours. He talked with me about the cause of my problem and within a hour, of hard work, the door was working better than it had ever worked. I highly recommend this company.

Google5Very impressed! I needed a garage door operator replaced in my detached garage. Ernest W. Came out on time, provided excellent communication and installed a whole new operator with new sensors, remotes and keypad. He recommended the Odyssey 1000 belt driven unit.works great for my 10x10 door. So much quieter than the old unit and works great! Very competitive pricing and I had tried another service out of Spartanburg in the past but didn't like the results from them. Overhead Door Company is my go to company now and I highly recommend them.

Google5Earnest was outstanding. He came as scheduled for the quote step and then for then again for the installation. The price was reasonable, product quality was great, and the service with Earnest thorough and extremely professional.

Google5Garage door jumped its track and was damaged the day before we were leaving town. Operator was informed of this and found worker who could come out later in the day and stabilize door for us. Date then set for replacement door which was done on time and met our satisfaction. Very pleased with service. Would highly recommend.

Google5Russ gave me details on what would be best to fix my garage door opener. He also gave me a discount and had my opener replaced in no time! He is very professional and always gives me discounts! I highly recommend this overhead door company! Whenever I have a problem they are the first ones I call!

Google5Great company! They really came through when I was panicked needing to figure out how to get our garage door repaired after being stuck open all night long. I called the number and was greeted by a friendly voice. I wish I remembered her name! They had someone out to my house the very next morning. I was given a time frame of 8-10 but got a courtesy call from the technician asking if it was okay to come EARLY! He arrived at 7:30 and was finishing up less than 2 hours later. He was very knowledgeable and had everything he needed in his truck to get us up and running same day. No one wants to deal with unexpected home issues, especially pay for them... but they made it a seamless process and didn't rob my wallet. I would totally recommend to family and friends!
