Garage door spring broke Friday morning while I was out of town. Called Bob Friday evening when I got home and he said he would be out in the morning. He called me around 8 and was at my house a little bit later. Replaced the broken spring and had my garage door working in about 30 minutes or so. Price was great especially for a Saturday morning repair. I will certainly be calling him again if I need my garage door repaired in the future.

It does not get any better than Bobby and Eric. I put up with my garage door having intermittent problems for months....I worked with it and couldn't fix it and finally it shut down on me...I called Bobby and Eric and within minutes from the time they got there the problem was repaired for good!!! I just wonder why I waited!!!!

Mr Bob and his son came by in record time to fix a broken spring on my garage door. They repaired the door very quickly, new springs and a lube job. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. Doug from Gulfport

I was disappointed on how Bob communicated with me. I called him Saturday morning because my neighbor recommended him and he was going to be in the area at his house that day. Bob told me he only had two or 3 in front of me that were important situations which was find, but he told me he would be in my area and definitely make that afternoon. I was amazed at this point, but Bob let me down. I tried to call Bob back around 4 that afternoon, he forward my call, which was find but he never called me back that day. Sunday morning he did call back and told me he would be able to get me in Monday for sure they been backed up. I said ok that will work. I'm a little frustrated at this point, but understanding. Today which is Monday nothing from Bob I call him about 1pm, he answers and tells me he definitely will have someone here before end of day. I tell him thank you. I get a call back from Bob at 3 telling me they won't make it because the guy's back was hurting and went home. At this point I'm upset and told Bob this is the second time you said you would deliver and didn't. His response is there is other people with bigger issues then yours, you can go find someone else if you want. My best advice to you Bob is don't promise anything if you can't deliver or I wouldn't be leaving you a bad review and learn to be more organized. I will take my business somewhere else. Thank you.

Called and he was here within hour and my springs were both replaced for fair price. Very professional and worked around tile pallets right under door. Thanks

We had a spring break on Friday night. I call Mr. Bob first thing Monday morning. It wasn't any emergency but he had me all fixed up Tuesday before lunch. His service tech Eric was on time and got the repair done quickly. Thank you very much.

Returned home from a trip on a Saturday at 3:00 and door broke. Holiday weekend. Found this local company on internet and called and left message. Owner promptly returned call and came out Sunday morning and repaired. Fee was appropriate and service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

OK on installing the new door,but terrible service after that. charges $90 for 20 min service within 3 weeks installation, just to tape a couple of wires. Could have it done better and cheaper.

I have to say they were wonderful. I called frantic on the evening of December 23rd. Our garage door would not open. He called back within 15 minutes. He came out on Christmas Eve, 20 minutes later I was back in business. He did not charge me extra for coming on Christmas Eve. Very nice man, I would highly recommend him. My garage door torsion spring unexpectedly snapped and rendered my garage door unable to be opened. I called Bob based on his one other Angie's List A-rated review, and was fortunate that he was idle when I called; I described the problem to him and he indicated he could be at my house within the hour. He arrived as promised, and got right to work, and within 25 minutes I had a professionally-installed replacement torsion spring and a functioning garage door mechanism. He also lubricated the other moving parts of the mechanism. I couldn't be more pleased with this provider's responsiveness, professionalism, and know-how...will use again and will happily recommend to others. THIS is how a local business transaction should be done. Services Rendered: Replaced snapped garage door torsion spring, and lubed other moving/mechanical parts.

very smoothly and quickly. Services Rendered: I was very impressed with this company. I called this morning and they sent someone within an hour and a half and my garage door was repaired right then. Bob was efficient and professional the entire time. The reason my garage door was broken is because I didn't pull my truck in far enough and the door kept trying to close so the panel was crushed, along with one of the supporting braces. During the repair, the panel and supporting brace was replaced. I then hired them for the following weekend to completely replace my garage door motor and tracks. This repair cost only $338! Imagine if my fridge would have broken... the most used appliance in my entire house cost only $338 to get completely repaired. Very impressed with both the cost and efficiency of both repairs.
