The positive reviews here already gave me confidence in choosing to call Mr Billy but seeing firsthand the pride he takes in his work and how thoroughly he works on every part of the garage surpassed my expectations. Cannot more highly recommend - he stands by his work and will take care of you and your garage. Thank you again, Mr Billy for fixing us up on such short notice last winter.

I do not like having someone do work for me....! I read "The Door Mans" reviews. Okay, I'll call him...Okay, Best Idea Ever ! I called, left a message ( if you do not know, he will only call you back if you leave a message, do not expect him to answer ). He called me back, very nice & positive man. Work my problem into his busy schedule...his craftsmanship is impeccable ! Our 16' garage door was installed by him in 05/2005, we have had not one issue till now & in an hour we were back in operation! If you are having a garage door installed, resident or business, having any trouble with your door/s, this is the man you want to perform the job !!! This is one of the craftsman that is so hard to locate today. Thank you Bill !

On the night of December 22 the garage door decided not to open. After looking it over a few times I realized that one of the main springs had broken. On the morning of the 23 (2 days before Christmas) I called a few installers with on luck. I had left a message on Billy's phone ( Always leave a message he will call) He called back and said he would come out that day. This guy is a real pro. Price was fare and he fixed items that should have been done when the door was installed. If you live on the west side of the coast use The Door Man! Services Rendered: Replaced broken springs, reattached door braces that had been installed wrong , lubed and adjusted door and got the homelink system in my wife's car working.

Mr.Billy spent more hours than he charged me for to correct problems with my garage door. In the 100 degree heat in my garage he repaired my garage door and it works better than it ever did. I appreciate the wonderful job he did and the timely manner he responded to my call. I wold recommend him wit a+++ Services Rendered: Repaired very broken garage door. Billy is a very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable person. It is very evident that he is well versed in many different manufacturers. I called him at 10:00 AM and he showed up at noon. He was finished at 2:00. I couldn't be happier. If you need any garage door services, give Billy a call. Services Rendered: My spring broke on my door. He replaced the spring, restrung the cables, tightened the chain, aligned the tracks, lubricated the items that needed it, and got my door working better than it ever has.

Billy is great and the only person you should call on the Gulf Coast for garage door repair, installation and maintenance. He repaired three badly installed garage doors, ensured the door openers worked in a correct and safe manner. Tested and installed the remote openers and door key pad. A true professional he made sure we were satisfied and understood how everything operated and provided us with updates as the work progressed. Services Rendered: Came out and provided a free estimate as to what it would take to repair and place in good safe working order three garage doors. The estimate was free and only covered the work required.
