Google5They weren't difficult to contact at 11PM when no one else really picked up the phone. It was a relief!!! They also charged reasonable rates for the labor involved. I had bought my own parts for the repair, and he was happy to work with them. The work was performed more quickly than I expected, and everything is working perfectly. He explained everything about the operation of my new garage door, and even hauled away the old one. Would definitely hire again.

Google5He had excellent customer service. Not only did he match the lowest price I was quoted, he also took the extra time to manhandle my broken door back into place so my garage would not be exposed. The door was installed quickly and properly. Would recommend to others for their services.

Google5My technician was awesome. He arrived at the time scheduled and had all that was necessary to fix my garage door. Before installing a new motor, he explained what the issue was, installed it quickly and it works perfectly. I highly recommend them for other technicians from this company. I needed to have the job done before nightfall and it was done to my satisfaction. Thank you

Google5Technician was outstanding and a true professional during his time here fixing my garage door. He diagnosed and explained in full detail what my options were along with the prices to repair my garage door. I felt at ease knowing what was happening thanks to his patience and expertise. Google5A technician from Gulliver garage door Woodland Hills just installed a new garage door opener for us and it's working like a dream. He got here early this morning on time as we suggested an early start time. And from the moment he got here he was ready to work. We're very pleased with the whole setup and really do appreciate them giving us an extra remote with no extra charge Great service

Google5When I made the appointment, the person on the phone told me that the 12 year old brand that we had was difficult to repair, and hard to get parts. We had experienced those problems with another repair company in the past, so we knew that was true. The tech arrived on time, was very professional, courteous, and seemed knowledgeable. He was not able to repair the old opener, and had one each of two brands on his truck for us to choose, if we wanted to replace it. We chose Liftmaster, which he installed in about an hour, including new sensors, replacing some rollers, some track adjustments, and even setting up the HomeLinks in both our vehicles to work with the new brand. We liked it so well, we decided to go ahead and replace the other one too, Sure we paid more in total than we expected, but we feel like we got good value for the price, especially considering the level of service received. Totally unexpected for him to set up the HomeLinks, never heard of any other garage door opener going that far with customer service!

Google5I am in the process of preparing for sale a home of a deceased relative. The property needed a new garage door and opener. Not being from that area, I turned to Google Search to identify a local firm to do the work. That led me to and to Gulliver Garage Door. The sales manager guided me carefully through my options and made valuable suggestions. After we settled on the models of door and opener, the work was scheduled well within my time frame. And the installation as well as removal of the old equipment and clean-up were all accomplished in a way that met my needs and even exceeded expectations. Add to that the fact that the price was competitive and very fair. All in all, a most satisfying experience.

Google5Garage door technician was punctual, and really tried hard to evaluate the best, most cost effective way to address the immediate issue without putting pressure on me to commit to purchasing a new door at that time. It was clear, however, both to me before the garage door was looked at. And from the expert assessment/inspection of the condition of the door that replacement down the line would be necessary. I did Not receive a follow up call, But the initial point of contact person was stellar-- called me right back and quickly set up scheduling. I understand from the technician that came out to the house that when I'm ready, there are many options tailored to my taste and needs to view online. There is even an option to download pictures of the front of your house with different garage door styles so you can better visualize. Will be calling them again to choose the right balance between functionality, and aesthetics in a garage door without breaking the bank.
