Our garage door spring snapped and when I called and spoke with Lisa she was able to get us scheduled same day for repair..actually within the hour!! I was very pleasantly suprised. Ron and Derek arrived and were awesome to work with and very efficiently had us back in business. All 3 were wonderful to talk to as well. I highly recommend Aim for anything garage door related!
I had two garage doors and an opener installed a couple of months ago. Lisa and Ron (and son, Derek) were wonderful to work with. I am very pleased with the quality and function of my new doors. The cleanup was beyond reproach, which seems to be increasingly rare in the construction/remodeling industry. They were very communicative, sweet, and transparent about everything. I would definitely use them again (tho I don't anticipate the need!). I'd highly recommend them over the bigger players in the garage door market.
We had estimates to replace two garage doors from four different companies. Not only did AIM offer an outstanding CLOPAY door, they were also the best priced option This is a family-run business and they were great to work with and very personable. They stand behind their work and their reputation I recommend them without hesitation!!!!!!
They are outstanding family owned business. I guess 5 stars will be less for them. When I called their number, I got very reasonable price from Lisa and her husband and son arrived for the task, their customer service and jolly & friendly discussion showed the customer service. End of the installation of my garage door belts and springs they guided me through how to operate the new belt system. They certainly knows their job and how best to get done, I will recommend them and wish all the best.
Small, family owned business with incredible professionalism and customer service. First spoke with Lisa on Monday regarding replacing our garage door. Tuesday they came and measured and provided a quote. Thursday the door was installed by noon. I am so glad I called them. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I was so impressed with AIM Garage's efficiency, responsiveness and courtesy when I had to have my garage door opener replaced. They worked hard to fit me into their schedule and showed up exactly when they said they would. The opener was replaced in an hour and I felt like the price was reasonable. Lisa was so sweet and friendly and was very accommodating of working within my schedule while getting the job done as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend AIM for your opener repair needs.
So, early on a Saturday morning one of the springs broke on our garage door. It would no longer open. I remembered talking with Lisa Short last summer about possibly getting a new garage door. She was super pleasant. I called her and three hours later, on a Saturday, Ron and Lisa were at our house fixing the spring. No one today provides service like that -- except Ron and Lisa Short. They knew they were booked all week, so they came the same day I called them so we wouldn't be without our garage door. By early afternoon my garage door was working perfectly again. Great service and a fair price. I won't go anywhere else for service on my garage door. Aim Garage Doors in Etters is my choice. Thank you!
This is a great family-owned business. Ron and Lisa are a pleasure to deal with and provide courteous and professional service. Ron was able to do a quick fix on our doors but they are getting old and will probably need to be replaced in a few years. You can be sure I will be contacting them when that time comes.

When our garage door broke- we called AIM garage doors due to the positive reviews. I can say we truly understand why they have such good reviews. Lisa is great at communicating and Ron came out a few days later and did a temporary fix on our garage door so that we could get the lawnmower out until our new door came in. AIM garage doors was extremely reasonable, helpful and great throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for the great customer service and amazing work- thank you Lisa and Ron!

Lisa and Ron, owners of AM Garage Doors, responded to my late Sunday email the next morning and said they could come on Tuesday morning. They called before they left and arrived at the designated time. They quickly found the problem, replaced the faulty keyless entry pad, programmed everything to include the garage door openers, repositioned the sensors which were incorrectly positioned outside of the metal protection bar when the garage door was installed (not by AIM), tightened some bolts and were out the door in 45 minutes. I know now why I had remembered their previous service and contacted them without hesitation. They're the BEST. Services Rendered: Was unsuccessful when trying to change the code on the keyless entry pad which resulted in not being able to enter the garage using keyless entry as well as inoperable garage door openers. Had used AIM previously and remembered the fast, efficient, courteous and professional service that was rendered at that time; so did not hesitate to send an email to them.

This is a top notch company. Their price on a new door was extremely competitive, and the workmanship during the installation was excellent. Ron is a perfectionist, and will not leave a project until everything is just as it should be. I highly recommend this company for either new doors or service.
Such great people! My garage door was making strange squeaky noises for days, I oiled it, didn't help. I called Aim, they came within 2 hours. But guess what, when they got here, the noise was gone!! I was so embarrassed, but they were soooo nice about it. They were very understanding, explained that the oil could take a little while to work in, they even gave me tips on how to maintain the door, all without charging me anything. I almost wished there was something wrong with my door so I could use their service! Definitely know who to call if I ever need garage door service.
I had a spring break and called company (1B). They showed up charged me $100 and left in 15 minutes with no fix because the part they needed "that company was out of business" and would call me in a few days... Soo I called Aim Door company and they showed up on a Saturday evening to fix my door with a few good laughs my door was fixed in less then an hour and works great. On a side note. (1B) called back and said I needed a whole new system $875 and another $100 for a visit. Talk about trying to take advantage of a customer. Go with Aim Garage Doors who are honest people and do great work.

Not your typical repair company - kind, professional, honest, and go the extra mile. I called AIM garage doors and spoke with Lisa on a Saturday afternoon about a garage door repair. I wanted to schedule for them to come out as soon as possible but considering it was the Saturday before New Year's (and it was snowing), I didn't expect for them to come out before mid-week. However, Lisa mentioned that they was a likelihood they could stop by later that day or possibly that Monday. I told her it wasn't urgent so if they could make it by mid-week I'd be content. She mentioned again that she may call me later if they could get by AND that it would be NO CHARGE to look at the garage door or fix it if it was something simple. Let me say, I'd had called around and every other garage company wanted like $100 or more just to come out any day of week (regardless of what the problem may have been), so that said a lot about their company to not take hit customers right off the bat like that. To my surprise, I received a call that Lisa and her husband would be able to stop by to look at the garage door later that evening. They showed up and fixed the problem in no time, which was which was a bad trolley, as she thought and mentioned in our conversation by phone. They were true to their estimate, a pleasure to talk to, and do bisiness with. She mentioned that they like to treat people the way they would want to be treated - many people say that but they proved they mean it and live it!! I'd recommend them to anyone!
