I highly recommend Baker Door Company! I have used them at several locations, I have been very satisfied from start to finish. They are great working with you and providing a quote. They pre survey your site before the installation crew arrives to make sure you are ready. The installation crews are great guys and do quality work. Also very cost competitive.

Work was performed on 04/23/2021. My garage door and the lifting mechanism are seventy years old. One of the chains that lifted the door snapped and I needed replacement. Baker Door Company responded quickly to my call. The estimator did not try to sell me more than I wanted done. They scheduled the technician within four days. He arrived on time. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the work. He spotted a problem the estimator missed and I agreed that the change needed to be made. He worked very carefully and made adjustments until I was satisfied with the door operation. The cost was reasonable: $156.00 for labor (two hours at $78.00 per hour) and $97.00 for the replacement lift cables, new safety cables, and new pulleys. I will use them for my future garage door needs and recommend them to anyone needing these services. Services Rendered: Replacement of the garage door lifting cables and pulleys.

Fast response time, thorough and prompt service, knowledgeable techs and an attention to detail. I was super impressed with the attention our broken garage door received. Assuming we were headed for a new door, the initial visit provided a short term repair and a long term fix that saved literally thousands on an unexpected bill. We were pleased, as are our neighbors who resoundingly said we should call Baker in the first place!

Baker Door came out to check on our garage door opener. We needed new springs for the door, which they were able to replace that day, and we also needed a new opener. They came out about a week later to replace the opener. Both times they were prompt, courteous, and professional. They explained the work in detail and answered any questions we had. Very good job. Services Rendered: Garage door hinge replaced and adjustment and lower left inside bolts were missing and replaced to keep panel corner flat. Also inspected and lubed the rollers etc.

Our garage door wasn't closing, it was 8 PM and I'm freaking out. I requested a service call from baker door company online. I got a call literally first thing in the morning asking me if I still needed a call. They said the would have someone out between 2-4. About 11 am I got a call from them letting me know Dwayne would be the one coming. They also called me when he was on his way. He got there right on time. He took a quick look at it, asked me what happened then jumped right on it. Granted it's a service call that charges by the hour but this guy literally HUSTLED! he had it fixed within 45 minutes and was on his way. Very professional, courteous, and very detailed in explanations about what he was doing and how to conduct preventative maintenance in the future. We are extremely happy with the service from Dwayne and Baker Door and highly recommend them!

Baker Door company was fantastic. I called on Monday and someone was at my home at 8 a.m. Wednesday morning. The repair was under 1 hour and the technician was professional and efficient. He made suggestions to replace sheaves as well which I appreciate. I think everything was reasonably priced. (Service fee $78, 2 springs $28, lube $7, 4 sheaves $9). I used the Angis list $10 off coupon without a problem. Very pleased and certainly recommend! Services Rendered: Our garage door spring broke.

We had Baker come out to repair a broken spring on our garage door. They came out the morning after I called and fixed it right away. The cost was $215, which I thought was a little high, but not too bad, especially for the quick turnaround. Services Rendered: Garage door spring replacement

Our garage door was literally falling off and Baker Door quickly sent someone to give us an estimate on repairs. With reasonable rates we had the door repaired. The tech was friendly and quick and the door worked like new for 4 whole days, until it nearly fell off again... Waiting to hear how they propose to fix our new problem. Hopefully the items in our garage will still be ours by the time they come back out since the door won't close.
