I won't use anyone else. Scott and Logan replaced the opener that was in my home when it was built. Not only did they replace it, but they walked through the programming of vehicles and remotes. Unfortunately, a few monthly later and my opener had an internal failure. This had NOTHING to do with the install. I called Jarusweski's, picked up first ring, went through troubleshooting, to no avail. Scott was onsite first thing Friday morning, replaced the malfunctioning parts, helped to RE-program the openers and charged me nothing. He said 'we like to make customers happy'. Use Jarusewski's, you won't regret it. We need more people who genuinely take pride in what they do, and appreciate their customers. A handshake is all you need from Scott!
I called Scott because both of our garage doors were broken upon moving into our new home. Him and his son came and installed brand new motors, key pads and openers. I can now open my garage doors from my phone. I can see if my doors were left open from anywhere and open/close my garage doors from states away. I love it. Thank you so much for your quick service. My garage door openers died after 26 years. I could not be more pleased with the personable and practical approach Jarusewski's put forth. They had me try a few simple possible fixes, asked some good questions, and determined that the openers had indeed reached end of life. I had new openers installed by them less than a day and a half after calling for their help. The install was quick and professionally done. They also showed me some maintenance tips to keep the new openers running smoothly. Best of all, especially since I prefer dealing with small local businesses, I was told "call me when you need someone to do things. I know all the local small businesses in the area." Unmatched service! Jarusewki's is by-far the best Garage Door Service company I have ever dealt with. Scott, his wife, and son were very professional and timely. The price was also extremely reasonable. I would recommend saving the headache with the other large companies, by just calling these guys first. They have our future business and recommendations, for sure.
This install was as good as gets. Lower price by tons for same quality door. He even fixed my messed up home made wooden header at no cost! How often do you get more than you hoped for!! Excellent. Look no further, the big companies charge you for advertising, for managers, etc., and the install guy surely is not the owner that puts his name on the line. One of the best of all my home improvement experiences!
