Over head door spring broke I called them at 1:30 in the afternoon and a tech was at my home by 2:30. Mind you I live in a very rural area so response time was amazing. Tech (Kody) was polite and very clear in his communication. Had my garage door fixed in an hour and for a fair price. From start to finish an absolute great experience.
Called Precision after our garage door wouldn't open. Chad came out 1st thing the next morning. Gave me a call when he was on his way. Got a quick but thorough assessment and a fair quote of the needed repairs. Chad completed all the repairs and double checked to make sure everything was working properly and lined up. I recommend calling Precision if you ever have a garage door issue.
They were on time and did a complete job. I thought mark up on supplies were a bit extreme. $105 ($210 for two) for a 120lb extension spring for example. $34 at Home Depot. Charged $95 for safety cables. $8.98 at Home Depot. I felt I was overcharged a bit. Didn't make me feel better that it only took the technician only 40 minutes to fix my garage door. Probably paid too much but was in a pinch and needed the job done that day. Garage door is good to go. Just wonder if I called a different place, I would have gotten the job done at a lower price.
Cody(the guy with the long hair and beard), did an AMAZING job. He explained everything to me and gave me options, recommendations for what needed to be done with my garage and was very thorough with each option. And after I said yes to the option I chose, he replaced all the parts and made sure that my garage door was working perfectly before he left. I would highly recommend this company and this technician to everyone. Thanks again!

Very pleased and impressed with the service we received. Was able to schedule online, text chat with their reps no need to make a call. They worked around my schedule to accommodate my time frames instead of me working around their schedule. Our technicians name was Jordan and he got our door fixed quickly and explained everything in detail. Decided to use precision door based on their previous reviews and I'm happy I did. Needed to replace a non-standard sized door that was at least 40+ years old. Estimate received that was very reasonably priced. Once ordered, new door arrived in 4 weeks, with the install the following week. Zack arrived earlier than expected but called beforehand to make sure time was Ok. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the work. Installed the new door and opener in 4 hours. Explained all the functions of the opener and on-going maintenance to follow. Overall, it was a great job that turned out better than I expected.
From start to finish the communication with Precision was excellent. Cody arrived on time and got to work removing all of our 2 extremely old systems. By the end of the day I had beautiful and QUIET new garage doors.

Emergency repair. They responded very quickly and did a very good job. Fair pricing. The tech was very polite and very COVID cognizant, which isn't a huge deal for us but very considerate. We will be doing an upgrade soon and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
Garage door spring broke one night. Guys came out next morning and did a thorough inspection and did a great job communicating the other issues and fixed everything as quickly as possible. Great communication throughout the process in addition to great service, a great price and a great warranty. Highly recommended.
They did a great job and responded right away. Finished the job in one day and did a really good job. Services Rendered: They did a significant repair to the garage door. They had to replace the springs on the door so it could go up and down. They also replaced the cabeling.

My garage door was opening very hard & wobbly; it was very noisy and did not close level. I called Precision this AM. I had an appointment for a 2 hour window the same day 2-4 pm. The technicians arrived around 2:30 - prompt, courteous and friendly. They asked me several questions about the age of the door, how often used, when problems appeared, etc. After inspecting my door, they walked me through the problems with my door (Garage Door Issues 101). They then gave me quotes on 3 choices of work to be done. I chose one and they completed the work. I am very happy with the technicians process of diagnosis as well as the results. My garage door now opens and closes quietly & level,without shaking. I will update this review in a couple of months!
