Google5I had a great experience with Diamond Garage Doors. Late Saturday afternoon had an issue with my garage door not opening and John replied immediately to my call and was at my house in less than 10 minutes. Issues was fixed in 45 minutes. Price was more than fair, and upfront and honest about what needed to be fixed. Excellent and Professional service.

Google1Trash Company! After American Home Shield assigned this company to render services to my home garage I received a response saying they would not be available for TEN DAYS! After I explained to them that this would not work because my wife's vehicle was stuck inside and she needed it removed so that she could report to work; I was told that they would put me on a cancellation list! My first call to the company was on Sept. 30, 2023. As of today after speaking to AHS they just confirmed that this Trash company removed me all together! Do not use this company services, it seems that we the customers are not their first priority! I wish I could give them zero stars !

Google5Jon may be the best home services provider I've worked with in the 23 years I've been in this house. Responsive, professional, affordable, and really cares that the job is done correctly. I highly recommend Diamond Garage Doors.

Google5Jon from Diamond Garage Doors was excellent! He really knows how to repair a garage door! My husband and I have had several companies come out and fix our garage door charging us an arm and a leg when only to have the garage door problems again within the next couple of months. Jon showed me step by step the repairs he made. He was very knowledgeable and quick with making the repairs. I will definitely use him in the future when we need our garage door replaced.
