Google5We had an issue with our 2.5 year old Liftmaster system, and Eastern Door is the closest local authorizer Liftmaster dealer. They were able to schedule us for service quickly and fixed our issue on the first visit for a reasonable price. Would gladly use again.

Google1Web site advertises 24/7 service but that clearly is not true, the company does not respond to weekend service calls Don't really care if the company doesn't want to work on weekends, but don't lie to people and claim you are a 24/7 operation when you're not

Google5Top notch service from initial phone call to service resolution. I called the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the voicemail was clear they wouldn't be available until the Monday before. Given their stellar reviews on Nextdoor, I figured they would be worth the wait. I got a return call later that day and we scheduled an appointment for that Monday. Enock arrived promptly during our window and was clearly a seasoned pro trying to diagnose the problem with our garage door, repair the issue and then having to ultimately install a new one (we had already figured that we might end up needing one after the botched job from another repair company). He was prepared and installed it efficiently, informed us of all the features available and prepared us on how to address potential issues in the future. Price was reasonable given all the work done and the quality of the new product. We are beyond satisfied -- we're actually excited!

Google5They repaired a broken spring within 4 hours of our call. Enoch did a fabulous job in not only replacing the springs but also lubricating everything, checking the spring tension, and tightening every hinge bolt. The quality of his service was so good, we've ordered our long overdue replacement garage door from them. We were 100% convinced they do things in an efficient and professional manner.

Google5Clint did a great job replacing broken springs. Afterwards, he did a spectacular job adjusting the tension, lubricating the screw, and adjusting the opener force. Now the door works better than it did when new. He also spent time going over some routine maintenance checks I can make, and he shared with me the type of low-temp lubricant to use (not the cheap sprays from local hardware stores). I ordered a tube from Amazon and now I'm good to go. Very happy customer.

Google5Amazing company. It was sub freezing temperatures with an icy rain expected late afternoon when my garage door started acting up. I called Eastern Door Services and they were here in 15 minutes! Clint was polite, friendly and quite knowledgeable. He took care of the issue within minutes and even oiled the door for me. I highly recommend Eastern Door Services to anyone. Great service!

Google5Excellent service, very quick and professional response. Eastern Door installed our garage door thirteen years ago. The weather seal finally needed replacement. I called and Joe looked up the make and model of the door to make sure he had the correct part. We scheduled the repair for the next day, the technician arrived right on time and replaced the part, servicing the door as well. I highly recommend Eastern Door Services--locally owned and operated--for your garage door needs.
