After posting my previous review, the Manager (Joey) contacted me to apologize for the bad experience, ststed that is not how they usually conduct their business, and explained the situation. He basically mentioned the technician was a disgruntled employee who was on his way to separating from the company. The Manager also offered to repair the garage door at a discounted price and followed up with me the following day to see if the issue was rectified. I have since changed my rating due to the way the Manager corrected the issue.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I requested a quote (sent photos) and was given a price. However, when the technician (Ben) arrived he was apparently in a bad mood as his demeanor was unwelcoming. Firstly, he walked right into my garage without trying to ring my doorbell or knock on my door. He kept sighing, stayed on his phone and walked around with hands in his pockets. After assessing the actual issue, he advised he did not work with the materials (despite me sending the photos prior his arrival that clearly showed the materials: wood and drywall) but could send some of his other technicians out to fix the problem. He then said he can't perform the job for the price quoted then left without me even getting a chance to confirm to have the service done or not. I guess that's how they do business, which is a poor practice.
