I called Valley Garage Doors on a Monday morning fully expecting that I would need to continue parking my car in the driveway a few days until someone would be able to come. The woman who answered my call was very helpful and recommended that I send her photos so she could have someone figure out what parts would likely be needed to do the repairs. Much to my surprise and delight, she called back to say that the repairman would be able to come by on his return from another job. I wish I knew the name of the repairman, but he certainly knew what he was doing and fixed the door. I was able to pay by check upon completion, and he took the time to show me how to do the annual lubrication of the door's moving parts. Thinking I had done something to cause the spring to break, I asked what caused it. He replied, "Just the door going up and down 10,000 times." Great guy, great company.
