I called Valley Garage Doors on a Monday morning fully expecting that I would need to continue parking my car in the driveway a few days until someone would be able to come. The woman who answered my call was very helpful and recommended that I send her photos so she could have someone figure out what parts would likely be needed to do the repairs. Much to my surprise and delight, she called back to say that the repairman would be able to come by on his return from another job. I wish I knew the name of the repairman, but he certainly knew what he was doing and fixed the door. I was able to pay by check upon completion, and he took the time to show me how to do the annual lubrication of the door's moving parts. Thinking I had done something to cause the spring to break, I asked what caused it. He replied, "Just the door going up and down 10,000 times." Great guy, great company.
Was very pleased with Valley Garage Doors!! The old doors and openers had been inoperable for years before we bought the house. A friend and I could not even open the doors by hand. Valley Garage Doors came out to look at the doors (all the way to MC Dowell, VA!), gave us a good estimate, worked with us to schedule, and did a GREAT job replacing the doors, giving us options where to put the controls and so on. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door repair or replacement!!
We were very satisfied with the job that Ricky did in fixing our garage door. The garage door required an experienced technician, who could actually analyze what was wrong and then fix it. He did not try to sell us a new garage door, and did an excellent job fixing the one we have. We would definitely recommend the company.

Love the new garage door in our new gym. It has a very high end look and the glass panels let in a ton of natural light. The process from start to finish was seamless and Sam and his team communicated with all of the parties involved (mason, carpenter, architect) to make sure the project was completed within our goal time frame. I highly recommend them!

I have nothing but kind words for Valley Garage Doors and their employees. They are very professional and always on time. I'm very pleased with my doors I purchased 2 years ago. They recently called to do a check up on how they are holding up and came out and performed regular maintenance service on them. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!
