I had a broken spring. Called Dan he called later the same day, came out the next and replaced it. No BS, and was affordable. Highly recommend Dan. A really nice guy to deal with!

Dan is the man!! Dan was prompt, prepared, and reasonably priced. He did an amazing job, very personable, just an all around nice guy! We're in the middle of selling our house and the spring decided to break just before inspections well Dan came over the same day and fixed the door in less than 1hr! If you need your garage door fixed asap you need to call A.N.G. and get Dan I promise you you will be glad you did and won't use anybody else for your garage door needs. File his name and number immediately, pass the word around..Thank you Dan!!! The Hull Family.

Amazing service. Called and left a message and with in 20 minutes got a call back from Dan. He was here within a hour and fixed the spring on my garage door. No up sell just fixing what needed to be fixed. Loved that he owned his own company and not working for a big company. Dan is definitely my go to guy for anything to do with my garage door

Dan is AMAZING! I am so happy to have been able to use his services since owning my home a year ago. He is fair, honest and reliable and EXTREMELY prompt. When looking into a new unit for my garage Dan took the time to explain what would best fit my needs and even after installing showed me how to work the unit. After the most recent power outage I had an emergency repair. Within a few hours of texting Dan he was right over to help fix everything! If anyone needs anything dealing with garage doors I highly recommend A New Generation! THANK YOU DAN FOR EVERYTHING! You have a customer for life!

Great price for service and very honest answering questions regarding replacing doors. Super nice and delivered quick efficient service. Best experience I have had with any contractor since owning a home. Dan was punctual, communicative and professional. He made the process seamless and was able to help me get the exact garage door I wanted while staying within my budget. He installed the door in one day and was a true craftsman; I'm so thankful that I didn't go to a "box store"! 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent. I called on Monday afternoon and Dan came over w/in a half hour helped identify what I would need and gave me a price. He said it may take awhile to get the parts and he would call me. He called Tuesday afternoon told me he had the parts and came Wednesday to do the install. When I came home he immediately told me the panel designs were off-center on 2 panels. He had already called the warehouse and would replace them with aligned panels once they had them. The next day (Thursday) he called me, told me he had the right panels and came right out and replaced them. Great quality equipment, professional work, cleaned up afterward and hauled away my old door, opener etc. I highly recommend Dan! Services Rendered: Garage Door replacement and new Door Opener

I called Dan Thomsen after seeing his ad in a local flyer. I say this because I had previously contacted 4 Angies-List-recommended garage door repairers (or at least, who I thought would be repairers). My experience with 3 of these companies was that I was told that I needed to buy new doors; the fourth said they would try to find replacement panels (but over the course of a week, told me that the panels longer existed). Back to the main story ... I called Dan after seeing his ad. He came to my house within the hour (literally, although I thinked I lucked out because he was working nearby), surveyed the doors, and explained both (simply, but completely) what had caused the damage and the possible remedies. He called back within 4 hours, letting me know that he had found replacement panels and gave me an estimate for the work needed. Within two days, Dan arrived at the time he say he would, did the work he said he would, within the time he said he would, and cleaned up after himself immaculately. I was thrilled with the results! In summary, Dan Thomsen is not only a skilled garage door technician; he is a superb communicator - plus being pleasant, punctual, and professional! Services Rendered: Dan replaced both the bottom panels of my garage doors with primed sections, as well as all the extension springs and cables. He also installed new rubber weatherstripping on the bottom panels and serviced both doors (track lubrication, etc.)
