Yelp5I highly recommend Atlas-Coles. They went out of their way for us. I broke the bottom section of one of our garage doors and then learned that our garage doors aren't being manufactured anymore. Other companies that we spoke to simply quoted us the cost for a new door, but Erik (our salesman) took the time to see if he could offer us a better alternative. He called around and found a used section so that we wouldn't have to replace the entire door (or all three if we wanted them to match exactly). The installation was great and the door looks perfect. My husband and I could not be happier!

Yelp5Paul was a great salesman. He gave us a few visual examples of our options with the pricing. We have low ceilings and they worked diligently to get it done right. (especially appreciate the extra hours spent to make it perfect.) Very professional! We enjoyed the great service!

Yelp5These guys were great. They came when they said they would. The new door looks fantastic!! But most of all they came out and installed safety cables to the old garage door to ensure that it was safe to use until they were able to come out and install the new door. Other companies came out to quote, (Coles was the best price) all told me how dangerous the current door was nobody cared enough to take the extra step. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again

Yelp5When we bought our house in spring, we knew we'd need to be replacing the rotted, old garage doors and opener system. They let everything in...bugs, wind, rain, everything. And the mechanics rumbled like an earthquake. I thought I'd wake the neighbors every time we used them. Coles came highly recommended to us by our contractor, who helped put us in touch and get the ball rolling. They were soooooo responsive! From the nice woman in the office who I talked to a few times (I'm sorry I can't remember her name right now) to Paul who came out right away to take a look around to Ricky who installed our Garaga doors in a day. Working with the team at Coles was a real pleasure, from scheduling to install. And speaking of install, Ricky was fantastic. He was personable, polite, respectful, helpful, skillful, and I could go on and on. As someone stated in another review, I think he left that garage cleaner than he found it. Anyway, he did a fantastic job. As for the Garaga doors, they're so fresh and new and sturdy. Handsome, even. And the Liftmaster opener system? Excellent! Smooth, quiet, and it's even got its own tech. I love that!! We're currently getting other work done on our home's exterior, so my picture won't do the doors justice. But I'll add it for now and then update when our molding is up and that side of the house re-stained. Thank you, Coles Doors!!

Yelp5Coles service is excellent. I called them and they were extremely responsive. The tech rep who came was very knowledgeable and professional. I am so thankful to have found them. Their fees are very reasonable. I searched various sites including NextDoor and they had excellent ratings. After engaging their services, I can attest that they deserve the great ratings. I recommend their services.

Yelp5Garage doors are not something most people think about until you absolutely have to. When confronted with this dilemma you soon realize you don't know anything about garage doors! Enter Coles Door Systems, and especially Paul Longo. He answered every question, was extremely patient and guided my wife and me to the correct doors we needed. He didn't try to steer us to the most expensive, the most fancy, he steered us and sold us what we needed for our particular garage. The doors were installed by Ricky and he was an amazing installer. Friendly, courteous, thorough and meticulous. My garage was cleaner after the install than before. The doors work great, seal well, look great, operate great and both my wife and I are extremely happy we chose Coles Door Systems.

Yelp5We were trying to get our house ready to put on the market and needed the doors as quickly as possible! Called 4 other garage door companies with no response! Got voicemails and left messages but didn't get a single callback! Coles returned our call right away, Paul came out right away, knew exactly how to help us and scheduled our installation. The door came in early and was installed a day early. The installer Ricky was just as professional as the rest of our experience with Coles. Save yourself the wasted time of calling other companies and start with Coles Door Systems.

Yelp5My LiftMaster had given me 23 years of reliable service before giving up the ghost this year. I was delighted by the prompt scheduling of a replacement, expertly installed and described for me by the installer who was extremely knowledgeable about the product and I was impressed by how much the product had been improved since my earlier version of it. This one is quieter and has better interior lighting, better remotes, more options on the garage lift button, and phone connect-ability. Seems like the designers have worked out a lot of issues. I liked the installer a lot he called me to remind me of my appointment, came when he said he would, was very fast at his work and was willing to explain all the new features to me. Fast, Reliable, Expert Service at an Affordable price, doesn't get any better than that.

Yelp5We had an outstanding experience with this company. The office staff was friendly and courteous and we had our estimate scheduled and completed within a day. The estimate was detailed and contained photos of how our home would look with the overhead doors we were considering. Once we decided on our door the installation was completed within a week and we're extremely happy with the outcome. The installation was was performed by a highly skilled technician who was happy to answer all our questions. I've already recommended this company to a neighbor.
