My garage spring snapped on Sunday, I called Carlson Garage Doors on Monday morning and they were at my house by 1:30pm. They replaced the broken spring in 30 minutes and I had a fully functioning garage door. Very friendly, fair-priced and great service. I highly recommend Carlson Garage Doors.

Had to order special tracks for our door they came in exactly when I was told they would arrive and scheduled the install in a very timely manner. I was not able to be at the house the day the install was scheduled and got a call from the installer stating he would like to add some wood behind the track brackets to make it nicer and gave him the ok to do so with some wood I had stacked in the garage. I went there the next day and was completely blown away at how great of a job those guys did for me! I will highly recommend Carlson to anyone looking for new doors and definitely use them again thank you very much for the bangin job. Very happy with the service bro's A+

The serviceman was professional, straightforward and thorough. He fixed the door in 90 minutes and charged me the price I was quoted. If I have another garage door issue or decide to replace my door I will definitely call use this company. Also the spring broke around 6pm of the Friday of Labor Day weekend and there is a number you can call after business hours. I spoke to someone right away and was given the option of having someone come for an emergency repair at an emergency price or to have it repaired the Tuesday after Labor Day at the normal service cost. While I opted to have it done after the holiday, I appreciate that if I needed it done sooner they would have been able to do it as my car was stuck in the garage for the weekend. Services Rendered: A torsion spring broke on my garage door and we were unable to open it.

He was very honest, courteous, and a complete gentleman. Services Rendered: My garage door opener was not closing properly. The technical was able to fix the problem with a very small adjustment to my sensor. He was very honest and fixed the issue within 15 mins.
