Google5This is a very professional service company, really great. Joe the tech was outstanding: efficient, smart, excellent communication skills, answered all my questions, and was patient when I found something hard to understand. The scheduling was very well done, they first gave us a morning or afternoon window, and then the day before we got an email (and text) narrowing the window to two hours -- much appreciated! I highly recommend this company.

Google5I had a great experience with the Overhead door company. I inquired about getting a panel of windows for my existing garage door and they came out the next day to meet me. I'm thrilled with how it all came together. I highly recommend, they are very professional and accommodating. Linnea

Google5Jamie was incredibly helpful and provided detailed information on what he found and the steps taken to resolve my issue. He also walked me through maintenance steps (oil in hinge points). Highly recommend.

Google5We would recommend this family establishment to anyone. Overhead Door Company was prompt, courteous, professional and patient with us, helping with the selection in our new garage doors. We thank Berich for all his expertise and prompt replies via phone calls, emails and text messages, throughout the selection process. Thank you, Dan, who kept us informed during the placement of the doors. Overhead Door Company of Tolland County is top notch and will not disappoint you.

Google5Joe was pleasant, helpful, and thorough! My door had a pretty quick fix, but he educated me about how the camera sensors work and also what to look out for. He was fast and got the rollers back on the track. Two thumbs up!

Google5Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. Minor issue (I knocked over sensor taking out the garbage!) so he spent the rest of the allotted time programing the outdoor entry, changing batteries, lubricating the system and giving me "garage door lessons." Very impresses and happy with the visit. Send Joe over any time!

Google5Everyone involved was very polite and precise. The salesman, Peter Geer and the installation technician, (whose name escapes me), were each spot on. The door fits and operates flawlessly. Thank you very much !
