So glad there is another garage door repair company for me to get quotes from! Their prices were so much more fair and the customer service I received on the phone was fantastic! I know absolutely nothing about garage doors but person that answered was patient and took his time to explain everything. Then when they came to my house they were professional and addressed all my concerns for a much more reasonable price than overhead garage door.

Very happy with my experience with Access Doors of Hattiesburg. I scheduled to have my 3 garage doors and openers inspected and lubed which I normally do my self. First, after calling Access Doors and explaining what I wanted to have done they explained the steps and procedures that they do during their inspection. Second after learning what all is done during their inspection I realized that several steps I have not been doing when I do this every year. Third, the appointment time was set and I received a reminder of the appointment the day before and the technician called me on the day of my appointment to let me know they were on the way to my house and approximately how long before he arrived. The inspection was very thorough and did reveal an item on each of my three garage doors that I had never looked at and will need to be replaced in the near future. The technician will get the price for parts and installation and Access Doors will have a quote for me and when the parts will be on hand so we can schedule the repair. Yes, I recommend Access Doors of Hattiesburg. I will also review again after the repairs are completed.
