I would never use Expert Service! Using my house warranty, they come to repair my stove. The eye was turning itself on and heating up. It would not go off. They used a universal part that does not fit my stove. I have no indicator lights to know when the stove is hot. He told me to just never leave anything on the stovetop that will burn or catch fire incase it is hot. The wires are just hanging from the back of the stove. Therefore, I cannot pull it out to clean under it. I am afraid that the wires will pop like it did when he was here working on it. The stove is a fire hazard! However, the warranty company, Old Republic, will not replace it because Expert Service says that it is functional. It is dangerous with the way Expert Service repaired it and is not functional. I would never want to use them for any repairs. I do not trust them.
