Google5We used this company to install replacement windows of varying sizes on our "fixer upper." Our house has all sorts of unexpected finds as we remodel. Replacing our windows came with all sorts of "not normal". Robin & his crew did excellent work and went the extra mile to make things proper where they were not underneath. They are professional and conscientious. They deserve more than 5 stars in our book. We are so pleased with their work we plan to use them again.

Google5The whole team at Big Island Home & Garage was wonderful to work with. We had originally asked them to add a bathroom to our ohana, then ended up also adding a kitchenette. I appreciated how patient and creative Rob was about working with my ideas and that he and Tina kept us in the loop through the whole process to ensure that we were staying within the budget that worked for us. The whole project was done so much faster than we anticipated and it was better than what I was envisioning in my head. I would absolutely recommend working with them for any of your home addition/remodel needs.

Google5We can't say enough about the quality of work done by Robin and Tina and their team!!! We have a 12 sided home that needed remodeled. Robin with his awesome carpentry skills and knowledge just blew us away with the work he did!. Tina's color sense, painting skills and paperwork, just made the entire experience a positive one. Google5Amazing work by Robin and Tina. A husband and wife dream team who will bring your ideas to life. I have a hard time putting nails into a wall because DIY and I are not friends. However, I have ideas and anything I have told Robin and Tina, they can bring to life. We recently bought a new home and we wanted a full outdoor bathroom. After a short discussion on budget and size, Robin and Tina took care of everything else. I love the fact that we didn't have to oversee every little detail because both Robin and Tina will think like an owner on your behalf. For example, the paint for wooden floors of the bathroom are painted with non-slip paint. So when it's wet, it becomes non-slip. Tina did that without even asking because that makes total sense. Given that we have no experience with DIY, this is a very crucial detail that we would not have thought of. We are super lucky to have found them.

Google5I needed a new carport attached to my house. Robin and company were doing work on a neighbors home and the owners seemed very pleased with the work that was being done on their home. I talked to Robin, who came to my home to assess the situation. He sent me an estimate in a couple of days, which was very acceptable. They kept me aware of when the the work could be done and when it did begin, it took about 4 days to complete. His workers come to work and not fool around. The work is excellent and the final product is a joy to my eyes. Robin and company will not allow inferior work and are very responsive to comments from the customer. Tina, his wife, has excellent communication skills, is very patient, and her main goal is to assure the customer is happy. Many of my neighbors have commented on the quality of work done and are totally amazed at the speed it was done. I will definitely use them again and can, without hesitation, refer them to others.

Google5Rob and his team installed a new sliding door for us and we love it. They did such an awesome job. We have an older home in town so the new sliding door was too big to fit into the existing frame, but Rob made us a new bigger frame, moved some electrical, etc and made it look so nice. Very happy with his work!

Google5Big Island Home and Garage provides quality and professional service. Robin and Tina are trustworthy, prompt and do exceptional work. Tina always communicated cost estimates, scheduling and project progress in a timely fashion and were very accommodating to our schedule. Google5I haven't had any repair work done due to my business doesn't need an office but I have worked with Rob Henson before he started Big Island Home and Garage. He does his best to give the best service he can. I don't doubt his capabilities to do any job he attempts to do. He helped with managing the business end of my company when I didn't know how. I was just good at my trade. He was never condescending or rude. He seems to take his time before saying something so that it is as accurate as possible. He is flexible. I would trust his work and I hope if your reading this and you use his service, I hope you can see the same performance I have.
