Google5My garage would only open 3 inches and then stop, prompting me to call a handful of garage door repair companies in a panic - all quoted future availability and diagnostic fees (understandable, but I needed someone ASAP). Upon calling Central Garage Door Service around 10 am, I spoke with Denise who was pleasant and professional. She assured me of their experience with repairs in our neighborhood and was able to schedule Don to come out that same day. Bonus: Free diagnosis! Denise constantly communicated with me regarding arrival timeframe. Don arrived around 3pm (my window was 2-4) and he took one step into my garage and could already see the issue from afar. He was straightforward on repair options and prices. He wasn't pushy at all for the higher dollar amount repair. Upon making our selection, he then proceeded to simultaneously perform the repairs and educate us on garage door maintenance. His work was efficient and meticulous. After the repair he inspected our garage door and performed some maintenance to it as well. Would 100% recommend this amazing company! Thank you Don and Denise!

Google5I wanted to replace my aging 10 years old garage motor with a new motor with smart features. After doing some research, I decided to call CGDS. Denise was able to put me on schedule the very same day. Don promptly showed up on time and I've a new smart garage in less than an hour, what would have taken an average person much much longer. Don did a professional installation, programmed all remotes and the app on my phone. Excellent service, great price and an extremely happy customer. 5+ Rating start to finish Denise & Don!

Google5I had a great experience with Central Garage Door Service. My wife parked her car too close to the door and damaged the sprocket when she opened the door. Don was very straightforward and very knowledgeable and thorough. I had another company come out and they were not able to identify the problem gave me the run-around and charged me $100 for simply spraying some lubricant on the hinges. Don came out and immediately identified the problem and quickly installed a new garage door opener and gave me great information. He came out the same day I called and even adjusted the springs without charging me extra. I'm very happy with the service provided and highly recommend!

Google5Outstanding service and quality. Called in the morning for a quote and Don was at my home soon after. He was very informative and courteous. I got a crash course on garage door basics !!! Google5I noticed one of the springs broke on my garage door on Saturday. I called in the afternoon and they had Don come out right away on Sunday morning. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I ended up replacing my entire unit after realizing how poorly maintained it had been. Don had everything with him, ready to go! I will definitely recommend Central Garage Door Service to friends and neighbors and will use them for future up-keep and maintenance of my equipment. Thanks so much, Don!

Google5Don is a polite, knowledgeable and very professional service technician who takes pride in his workmanship. We have used him twice now and he is the only one who I will allow to service our garage door. Don explains what needs to be done, and carries out his duties in a professional manor. Don is very clean in his appearance, which is important to me. Scheduling appointments is easy, and very responsive to our needs. I highly recommend Central Garage Door Service for the repair and maintenance of your garage door needs.
