Google5Called for service today and the job was done this afternoon. The technician did an amazing job new rollers were added and replace 4 new brackets as the others were damaged. Very efficient and listens to consumer concerns. Highly recommend having your garage door repaired. 5

Google5So grateful for Hale Ka'a! Needed a new garage door opener installed and he responded quickly to my call, was able to come within a few days, did a great job quickly and he's a nice person. Had a very bad experience with Maui Garage Doors previously and now I know who to call for all our garage door needs in the future. Highly recommend.

Google5I called these guys mid morning needing help on my 16' overhead steel door, he asked a few questions and my address. I didn't know if he'd be out that day or the next. I told him we'd be gone for a little to run some errands. I called other companies and they couldn't come for a couple days and some never called back. When we returned from town the door was done and like brand new again. I love guys like this as they have no excuses and only solutions! I highly recommend this company!

Google5Thank You for a job well done. I waited 2 days for another Maui Garage Doors to show up - and after the 3rd delay I called your office. You answered the phone on the first ring, you understood my issue and you had someone at my house within 2 hours. An hour later, he was finished! I needed to measure the dimensions of the springs ahead of time but with that info you were able to ensure you brought the right replacement parts with you. I really appreciate your fast/reliable/honest work and will tell everyone I know to go to you. Good job and Mahalo!

Google5Just had Alex install a Garage door opener on Friday! He was fast and did a great job ( light bulbs would have been nice) but really appreciated the accommodation after a slight mix up.... thank you Freddie for quickly scheduling the installation. Definitely a 5 star company!

Google5Great guys with reasonable prices. Helped us on our project multiple times to verify framing, door sizes and features. Door installed right on time just as they said and works perfectly. Superior workmanship and great communication throughout the project too.

Google55 Stars! This is easily the company to go with for a new garage door. Came highly recommended by our contractor and some neighbors. Federico, the Hale Ka'a owner, met us here the day after we called him to take a look at our old door and showed us some beautiful options for a new one. He even drove us around the neighborhood to show us several different styles, some of which he had installed. That was a Friday and on Monday our new door was installed! Terrific guy- Alex- did the install and was friendly, courteous, and explained the process to us before he got started. And the final price was exactly what Federico quoted us. Very pleased with the experience.

Google5Hale Ka'a Doors was able to schedule the service the same day we called. Another vendor would not have time for us for about 10 days! The service man was prompt, polite, obviously knew what he was doing and made that awful grinding, scraping noise stop completely! Great job! Great employees! We will definitely use them again!
