Google5Ethan came out to my Mom's house a couple of weeks ago to repair her garage door track that had come away from the wall and was completely unsecured and dangerous. He did a nice solid fix in no time at all and did a general maintenance on the system itself. It works like a charm now and I don't have any doubts in my mind that it is safe to use again. Ethan is definitely a gem. Super professional, experienced, and also really friendly and easy to communicate with. One million percent recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed with your decision to go with them.

Google5Ethan and David are outstanding professionals with excellent customer service! The customer representative Kalei is extremely helpful and very patient. I requested multiple services and they have met my expectations every single time. I recommend this company 100%.

Google5Wow!! Absolutely Wonderful! Came out the same day I messed up the garage door. I thought I did a doozy on it, but these two young men, got straight to it & fixed it all up in about 40 minutes. Very friendly, Very Professional & Very Quick! I'd give them 10 stars if I could... & It was all done for a Very Reasonable price too. ($150)....And these other places were giving us quotes in the Thousand's! Thank You So Much!!

Google5My story. I went to Zippys in the morning and came home to read the paper while eating my breakfast. Garage door was working fine. My wife was about to leave for church but the garage door wouldn't open. Tried to open it by pulling on the disconnect cord. Wouldn't you know it, the cord broke! To make a long story short, I remembered my neighbor had work done by Oahu Garage Door. It's a Saturday and according to their website they are not open. Gave them a call anyway. A woman answered and told me that someone will be there in the morning. Well, Dave came by in about 1 hour or so and changed both springs and adjusted the settings on the open and closing of the door. Dave is the owner and the woman that answered the phone is his wife. I am a retired local business owner and Dave and his wife is exactly the kind of service that we locals are looking for! Dave, thank you for your excellent service and work ethics. Oh, and thank your wife also. Both of you 'fixed' my weekend as much as you fixed my garage door. Much mahalo! Vernon Lee
