Recently I had a problem with the remote control of my garage door and I contacted Raynor over the holiday to fix. From the initial phone call that I made to set up the appointment, I was impressed by how pleasant, courteous and professional the office person was. Later Warner, the technician whose name was very punctual, did a great job and displayed a lot of Aloha. I am a fan and will make sure to use Raynor whenever I am a problem with my garage door. Job well done.
