Great business to deal with from start to finish. Begining with assistance on selection and quote from Brent through install we were kept informed. Job done professionally and on time with Pono and Andy. Installation included floor coverings, our home was cleaned at area of windows and trash was removed. Will use them again.

Bottom Line Up Front: I'm going to use Window World of Oahu in the future any time I need to change out windows or doors. They are very professional, honest, responsive to phone calls and text messages, take the time to explain different options/products, take the time to answer questions, they're not super pushy and don't try to upsell you on every little thing, and most importantly they do great work. I had to change out a vinyl window that was leaking, and replace an old glass sliding door that was rusted and inoperable. I called Window World of Oahu and was able to quickly set up an appointment for a free estimate the following week. One of their design consultants named Robert came out to do the estimate. He was friendly, asked me what I was looking for, and wasn't super pushy and didn't try to upsell me on every little thing like some other contractors do. I told him I didn't need a super fancy vinyl window or glass sliding door, but at the same time I didn't want something super cheap and low quality. He recommended their 4000 series double slider window and their 2 panel standard door. He explained their important features, and also provided a folder with pamphlets describing their various products for me to look at on my own time. While he was there he quickly put together an estimate on his laptop, and he went through the whole estimate with me line-by-line. He emailed me the next day with a copy of the estimate, and asked me to review it and let him know if there were any changes/revisions that needed to be made. He also provided instructions on how to proceed if I wanted to go forward with the work. The estimate turned out to be 100% accurate, and there were no surprise charges later on. After I agreed to the estimate and gave them the green light to proceed the next step was to finalize measurements. Stephen came out to do the final measurements, and he was also really friendly and honest. I say "honest" because initially I wanted Window World to inspect and repair another glass sliding door that was hard to operate. This inspection and repair work was listed on the estimate at $250. Stephen took a look at the door and quickly determined that he just had to make a simple, easy adjustment to the wheels. He spent 10 minutes of his time doing the repair, even though he technically wasn't there to do that, and fixed the door for free saving me $250! I know some contractors wouldn't be as honest, and would try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Four days prior to the installation date they texted me a reminder, and wanted to re-confirm that we were still good to go as originally scheduled. I re-confirmed, and they showed up on time on the day of installation. They said the job would only take one day, and they stayed true to their word and completed it in one day. Earl and Scott came to replace my window and door. They were respectful, took the time to answer any questions I had, and when they finished the installation they walked me through operation of the new window and sliding door. Earl told me if I ran into any problems in the next few days to just let him or the company know and they'll take care of it. They did awesome work, and made sure to caulk/seal everything properly, so now nothing leaks! Very happy with the products and the professional work. I will definitely do business again with them in the future.
This is my second experience with Window World Oahu and just like my first experience, it was above and beyond exceptional! There are not enough stars to give these folks what they deserve.
