Google5My garage door was stuck in the open position falling off the track. It was a mess. Within a couple of hours they were able to bend the track back and put it all back together. They readjusted the coil spring tension and the opener was running like new again all for a very fair price. I highly recommend ZS Overhead Doors

Google5Zach had great communication and arrived quickly, even with having to drive across the island. He and his partner did a solid job repairing our garage door. They were very thorough and left our garage door better than it was prior to the damage.

Google5These guys are seriously awesome. Came out the day after Thanksgiving within ~1 hour of booking. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and priced well. They went above and beyond, replacing my garage door springs but also identifying several other sub-optimal issues and addressing those at no extra charge. I will definitely use ZS Overhead Doors again and would recommend them to anyone.

Google5Zach and Michelle were wonderful! We initially had another company coming out but during the waiting period they asked if they could come the next day. (I always hate carving out a time block only to have someone cancel during the hours you had blocked out). I reach out to ZD Overhead and Zach was just finishing a job. Timing worked out perfect and they came from town all the way out to Aiea and put in two new springs and tightened everything up. We have an old lift master from 1994 but Zach suggested we keep it until it breaks. I appreciated that because the garage door is so much quieter and he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need right now. They finished the job in about 45 minutes and feel like we have a new garage door as it is so much quieter. Awesome work Zach and Michelle and really appreciate you guys!

Google5My garage door spring broke last night trapping my car in and today it's completely fixed before lunch. Quick response, super friendly and professional, and priced extremely fairly. I highly recommend this company they are responsive, efficient and knowledgeable! Thank you!!!!

Google5Kind, honest, reliable,affordable and trustworthy. The owner returned my message promptly and arrived earlier than expected. Although I was not home, the work/repair was started after I instructed them to access the property. Great care was taken in regards to not damaging the vehicles confined within the garage. In less than one hour's time, my garage door spring was replaced, the door and its components were maintained and the motor was adjusted. In the end, my bill was far less than what other repair services had quoted. Thank you Z and associates!

Google5Really impressed! Awesome job!! Called and left a voicemail, immediately got a call back and scheduled a few days out. Up front with costs, really friendly, and I trusted his opinion. Came out, determined engine had died, and replaced everything on the spot. All new motor, tracks, springs, keypads in less than 2 hours. WiFi smart motor and almost silent! Fair price and amazing customer service! I work in real estate and will absolutely be passing his information on to anyone who needs it!

Google5Repairs completed 23 September 2021 - Prompt Response - Next day appointment - Communicative - Showed up even though he wasn't able to reach anyone via phone (Thank you, Zachary) - Efficient - Provides professional based recommendations - Prices as quoted - Licensed ==== After procrastinating for about a week, I finally decided to search my trusty Yelp app to find a garage overhead door repair on 22 September 2021. Backstory - On 17 September 2021 my mother sends me a message informing me that the garage overhead door doesn't work. Luckily we do not park inside the garage so it wasn't a big deal. However, we use it as a primary entrance/exit but I was still in no rush to get it fixed, we just used the front door. I usually use another repairer who I've used consistently at least three times in the past. He does good work and is always professional. That same day I still contacted "my" usual garage overhead door repairer via text and sent him some pictures of the issue. It turns out that the lift master had detached and the torsion spring broke. Via text he informs me that he is out of torsion springs and it could be another 10 days before he receives some but that could be delayed due to shortages on the mainland. I didn't know this thing was such a high commodity!! I figured I would wait. After a couple days I told myself that I would search Yelp for someone with as good of a ratings as "my" repairer. Yet still, I procrastinated. Finally on 22 September 2021, I decided to take action. Lol. I searched Yelp and I found a few repairers with great reviews. After reading through a ton of reviews and viewing a ton more pictures (a lot of the pictures showed the same problem I was having). No wonder there is a shortage of torsion springs!! I decided on ZS Overhead Door because a lot of the reviews were recent comments about repairs/replacement to the torsion spring. I used the "request a quote" option to send my message. My message was sent late evening so I wasn't really expecting a response until the next day but, just like the business page suggests, I received a response within two hours. I put all my eggs in a basket - I opted not to use the "message other businesses" option because I had decided on ZS Overhead Door based on the reviews. Zachary's message surprised me. It wasn't one of those generic responses. The message thoroughly explained what needed to be done with recommendations specific to my needs and it included quotes (I love when I request a quotes and actually get a quote)! I went with his recommendations, afterall, I don't know the first thing about fixing garage overhead doors. He also offered to come out the following day around midday, which I went ahead and confirmed. I had dental surgery that morning but assumed I would be done in time however, in case I wasn't I also provided my mother's number and our address. Once everything was confirmed, I informed my mother that the garage overhead repairer would be there around midday in case I wasn't back by then; this was also to ensure she was home. I was at Tripler (which is a dead zone so I had no phone service) and I was under sedation so when he called I couldn't have responded anyway. I guess he tried my mother's number also and when he couldn't get a hold of us, he sent a message to let me know he was on his way. Of course I didn't get that til later either. But, he still showed up! Thankfully he did because my mother didn't receive the call!! I get home around 1230 and go through the front door like I had been doing for the past week. My mother comes downstairs and tells me she opened the garage overhead door for me, confused because I was still loopy from being sedated, I asked if the repairer had already come. She confirmed that he and his female counterpart came, repairer to door, and left. Prompt and efficient. The repairs were completed and we paid based on what we were quoted. I even have an invoice from the job. My garage overhead door runs smoothly and is less noisy now. Thank you Zachary and Co.
