I've used DSM for quite a few years for garage door & awnings including installation. They've always been courteous and great to deal with. Just the other day I needed a couple replacement remotes (renters took the originals) and Bob got me the right ones and gave good instructions on how to program them. Worked like a Champ!

The garage doors arrived just as we had ordered them and quicker than expected. Removal of the old doors and installation of the new ones was quick and professional. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Old garage door opener in my shop conked out. I called Door Systems of Montana and the phone was answered by Bob. Knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Had a quote in a matter of minutes and accepted it. They arrived earlier than expected and did a nice job on the install. No complaints whatsoever. Time will tell if the opener lasts but very happy so far. I definitely recommend these guys.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful here at Door Systems of Montana. Bob and Nancy took care of ordering and scheduling. I felt like my business was appreciated! The order was delivered on time and the installation by Troy was quick and well done. I received exemplary service from start to finish, and I know I can rely on them if I have any questions. This is the best place in Helena for garage doors, openers and service!

The garage door steel housing pipe with the internal broken springs were replaced by Craig. Work took about 1 hour. He was efficient, courteous and worked quickly. He checked the overall tightness of the door frame and lubed rollers and doors hinges. Kudos to Nancy for fitting me into the schedule quickly. I'm extremely impressed with the customer service, workmanship and repair cost! Thank you Door Systems of Montana!

Door Systems is an amazing company. The employees have an old fashioned pride in their job. They were polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me with my garage door. They repaired my non working door(unbelievable) until the replacement arrived. Thank you Door Systems of Montana!

Twice I was called by Door systems to get an ok to come out and check the rental. I gave them the ok to check, the second time I left instructions to only look and get back to me. Both times the tech took it upon himself to just finish the question. The first was to get a quote to replace the top door panel. All the tech did was kinda straighten out the damage panel. It still needs to be replaced and looks like crap The second time again only to check to see why the remote didn't work. Tech again took it upon himself to go ahead and replace the controller. Had an extra in the back of the garage. To my dismay I was sent a bill gor replacement. They do for the most part good work. Listening and understanding is not a strong suit. I have talked with owner about my concerns. Not sure why they sent me the link to fill this out though. Not a very good business practice to not listen to the customer.

Replaced two key entry locks to a garage door. No keys were passed to me by previous owner. Very cold weather. Charged me less than i expected. In another visit, installer tried to install a garage door opener to different garage, but was prevented by problems with the garage space. Temperature was 0 degrees or lower. I haven't been billed. Professional and courteous. Frustrating for both me and installer. Services Rendered: Replace key switch in garage door.

Two workmen were here promptly the morning after I called for help. They installed a new garage door opener, were professional and pleasant. They showed me a new safety feature on the door and how to run the new transmitters. It was a quick and good experience. Services Rendered: Replaced the garage door opener because the motor had burned out.
