We contacted these folks as we were having an issue with our garage door obviously, initial contact and communication was great, however the technician arrived and insisted that we needed new springs, new sensors and that our equipment was garbage. My husband asked about our other garage door that is not motorized, if they would install one we purchased, he was told they're garbage, and that liftmaster is the only way to go. My husband asked him to leave, he investigated a little more himself and found that it was simply a wire off a pulley. The technician who stated "buddy I been doing this 4 years, I know you need new equipment" would have noticed if he simply looked around a little that it was the pulley. My husband called the company to make them aware of what happened , and the return call was from the technician screaming at him. I'd find another company.
I received a response and repair within hours at a great price!! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use him again for any garage door needs.

The torsion spring snapped on our garage door. After some brief looking I figured I couldn't do a DIY repair. The first place I called in Helena was booked almost a month out. I called James and he returned my call promptly and scheduled me for the following day. Great communication, prompt and great workmanship. He also adjusted some limit settings and secured the switch on the wall that was loose without me asking him to do so. To me this is a great example of the pride he takes in his work. Door is now fixed and operating very smooth. I would highly recommend giving James a call.
