The Adam door co Inc is amongst the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. I am a new homeowner and my garage door stopped working, I was expecting my home warranty to cover the cost of the repair. But unfortunately you pay into things you never really benefit from. Not only was Bill from Adam Door co. a complete pleasure to set up service with, they were prompt, always kept communication and sincerely cared about solving my problem. Acts of good service that positively affect our lives should be acknowledged! When Bill found out that my warranty would not cover he made sure that I didn't stress, and that we would make sure to solve the issue without putting me in a bind. The contractor on sight, James, was kind, professional, quick and thorough. The experience I had today with your company was the best I have ever had with any service. It really is special when you find honest, good people who actually care. Anyone looking for a garage door repair service, you will never regret hiring this company. I can't thank you guys enough, I appreciate your excellent work ethic, and compassion! I'll never forget it!

Wow! What a great experience! Our garage door spring broke. I called and spoke with Hanna, a wonderful young lady, very helpful! They were at my house within a few hours, fixed the spring and all is well. The 2 technicians were very polite and professional. HIGHLY recommend!

I had an emergency situation with my garage door, I backed into it. I called Adams doors and was greeted by a very calming and reassuring individual by the name of Lauren, she was very professional and assured me she would have someone out within the hour. Within 45 minutes Roy arrived this guy is awesome, very knowledgeable and knows his craft. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Lauren and Roy. I can't begin to express how awesome this team is at Adams doors. Adams doors is definitely my garage door company from this day forward. Highly recommend this company.
Great local company! The lady I spoke to when I ordered my door was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation team was punctual and took their time explaining how each part functioned and told to me how I could determine if a part needed servicing. I would refer ADAM Door with confidence.

I just loved the guy I dealt with and his name is Don McDaniel. He and his dad both own the company. His dad was great to work with and both of them were awesome. They did an excellent job of installation and I really liked them. They returned all the calls promptly. They did exactly what they said they would do and recommended the best doors. I love my doors. They installed them wonderfully. They were personable. There is nothing I can say about them that is bad and I would recommend them to anybody. I will definitely use their services again if I ever have a problem with garage doors or for replacing them. I got to know about them when I was looking through garage door companies online and I liked their website. I thought that it was good and I wanted to try someone who was local to the area. I was at a nail salon and someone over there told me about ADAM Door Company about six months before I used their services. That?s when I researched about them on the internet and I got the information. They were just phenomenal.
