Ballard Door Inc responded to our call in a timely manner. As my husband is on oxygen, we need the car in the garage inside of being parked outside. The service man, Devon, made a temporary repair so that we could use the door, and then he came back in a couple of days to make the complete change. Devon was courteous and competent. We would highly recommend Ballard Doors.

Very quick and fast service. Called them at 7:30 a.m. and they were here to replace a broken spring at 8:15 a.m. Had the job done in 20-25 min. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend for garage door repairs.

Ballard Doors put in my parents' garage doors eons ago, and they still work great. However, my review is about a wild goose chase they helped me with. Dad thought they had provided him with gate openers for his front gates. I went to their location, showed them the openers, which they didn't recognize. Despite all that, they contacted their vendors to see if they could find some for us anyway. Just lovely folks who went out of their way to help us. Can recommend Ballard not only for the longevity of their products they provide, but also for the kindness and customer service they provide even when they don't have to.

I had another company to come out and fix the spring on the garage door only to find out the belt was also bad. They were supposed to order one and come back and never did. They didn't answer calls. Then I called Ballard and they actually told me my belt was lifetime warranty and gave me the number to call in order to get it for free instead of charging me the $125. It is rare to find that kind of honesty and integrity these days. I'll never call on another garage door company!!

The spring on our door had broken with the car in the garage.The next day before noon Ballard Door was able to send a repair team to quickly fix the problem and get the car out without any damage. Also they serviced the shop door and gave us tips for preventive maintenance. Very well satisfied.

Ballard just installed 3 carriage house doors on my detached metal garage and did a wonderful job. When getting quotes, Craig of Ballard is the only one who took time to actually come look at my job and bring samples. All other companies wanted to do it over the phone. My job was a bit specialized due to roof angle, metal garage etc so I liked that he came and saw for himself what would be needed. Great office staff as well. The next time I need sales or service I won't call anyone else. Go with them, you won't be disappointed.
