Google5What a great experience! Jennifer was very helpful in quickly scheduling our service. Joe called to let me know he was on his way & was fabulous! He was prompt, friendly, efficient, patient with questions, & our garage door is working perfectly!! Donna was awesome with follow up - what wonderful people & service! We couldn't ask for anything better!

Google5Guy showed up 10 before scheduled. Very nice and customer friendly. Worked quickly and efficiently. He had all the necessary items, explained everything, and the price was excellent. Maybe too excellent. I expected to get a surprise even after the quote but nope. Please more companies like this. Tipped him for effort and timeliness.

Google5Quickly scheduled me in an appointment after I realized my garage would no longer open from a storm that came through. Very friendly over the phone and the field tech who solved the issue for me. Everything taken care of within a day of calling I'm so relieved to have my garage working again! 10/10 service and response time.

Google5I never write reviews, but wanted to share this in case you are looking for someone to work on your garage door. Our garage door broke at 7:00 this morning. We called ASSA ABLOY and they had someone to our house by 12:30. In thirty minutes he replaced two springs and serviced our door. Excellent service, and a great price! We will definitely use them for anymore needs we may have, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Google5Assa Abloy arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly and installed a new motor unit. Technician very friendly and knowledgeable. Tested unit and it worked great. Later that afternoon, the new unit failed. The company sent another technician (actually 2 technicians) and the problem was the new unit was a bad one from the manufacturer. All this was on a Friday and the problem could not be resolved until Monday. On Monday morning, the first technician from Friday arrived and replaced the new unit AND because of the problem, installed an outside keypad for the garage door at no charge!!! That is wonderful customer service!! I have and will recommend this company every chance I get. Thank you!!!

Google5ASSA ABLOY did an excellent job installing a motor on an existing garage door. I was surprised to see only one technician, but he was on-time, efficient and professional. He provided suggestions for extending the life of door springs, etc and it only took him about 1.5-2 hours from start to finish. Very efficient for a one-person job. We love our door and haven't had any problems with it. We also received a Thank You card from the company a few weeks later. Not many companies appreciate their customers anymore! I highly recommend ASSA ABLOY to anyone needing garage door services.

Google5We live in a new home with a garage door from ASSA ABLOY that is not quite a year old. This morning when leaving for work, the door wouldn't shut all the way. I called ASSA ABLOY about having the door looked at. They had their technicians come out within the same hour that I called to assess the situation. Although the repair turned out to be a very simple fix, I am blown away by their responsiveness and quick service. From speaking with Ashley on my first phone call to the guys who came out and made the fix, I was impressed with their solid and prompt customer service. Although I hope we don't have anymore issues with our garage door for awhile since it's so new, I feel 100% confident that the Hickory ASSA ABLOY team would take care of the issue. Thanks again!
