Dylan was scheduled to be here between 8 and 10am. He called just a touch after 7 to let me know he was on his way. On time, took his time with any and all questions, and gave me a few different options. Great guy for the job.

Yesterday, I opened my garage to a crunching, shaking sound. Trouble! After checking their Better Business Bureau rating of A+, I called Precision Garage Door of Hickory and they came out right away. I was surprised since this was on a Friday. Dillon and his helper Chris did an excellent job of quickly repairing my garage door and identified some problems that l needed to be taken care of. I liked how they took the time to explain to me why the repairs were needed and didn't come off like a high pressure salesman. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience and service! Appointment time was scheduled easily, and the appointment time was met on the dot. The gentleman who came to my house were knowledgeable and professional. And the new opener exceeded my expectations. Would not hesitate to contact them again if future services is needed.

Everyone we worked with was great and Lee Horn always returned emails/calls promptly. Price was fair for the work needed, as we got other quotes that were more. We were kept up to date throughout the entire process of our door being ordered, shipped, delivered and installed. Thank you Precision!

I had a wireless keypad go out this morning. There was tech at my house in less than 3 hours and at a few minutes before the beginning of the scheduled window. Stephen was knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me several options, and he took care of exactly what I needed done. He had my new keypad programmed and replaced along with a new remote within minutes. The prices were reasonable and knowing all of the services they offer is great. I'll definitely use Precision again in the future of I have anything happen with my garage door, and I will recommend them to everyone.

Precision had installed the original garage door in 2016, and I sincerely appreciate everything you did to make our garage door like new! I didn't know that the mechanics of the door were still under warranty. So, your replacing the new springs at no charge (after 6 years) was a surprise! Thank you so much!
