Google5Real quality service. Super professional and prompt/responsive. I feel like thats harder to come by these days. Owen and his apprentice came by my house to give me a free inspection and quote (even fixed a small mechanic reset). Highly recommend!

Google5Great customer service. super responsive. they came within 48 hours to help us out and the issue was fixed within a week. Gave us several pricing and packaging options to chose from. Very easy process. Very friendly, from Owen (who was awesome) the tech who did the review and install, to everyone I spoke with on the phone in the office. highly recommend Kooler

Google5A great experience with Owen from Kooler Garage! Owen is personable, low key and knowledgeable. Our 20+ year old garage door stopped working this week. Kooler was able to find an appointment for us. Owen came out and now I can park inside again! He replaced springs and rollers and it's amazing how smoothly and quietly the door operates. We're grateful to have Kooler, their ethics and customer-service-centered philosophy in Gunnison. Thanks Matt Kuehlhorn for your commitment to the community! And thanks, Owen for your calm demeanor and excellent work. Smiles to you all.

Google5I'm very happy with your great customer service! Owen arrived promptly and completed repairing my garage door issues quickly. Besides being very knowledgeable, Owen was very friendly and courteous. I'm considering future options on replacing my garage door! I highly recommend !!

Google5This is how work gets done in Gunnison County! After a call to Kooler and a quick call back from Matt, I explained my needs and time frame to him. Matt totally understood what Look I was after and worked to get it completed for install at the time I was to be there. As scheduled the door showed up and Pascual Ramos worked as a well oiled machine, taking the old door and bucks off and then meticulously installed the beautifully built new door . Hats off to you guys !!

Google5I had such a wonderful experience with Kooler, I highly recommended them! Katie was a joy to work with, she made the buying process so easy. The instillation team of Pascual & Devon were very professional & thorough. We absolutely love our new door!
