Google5Exceeded all expectations! One of the springs on my garage door broke. I called Tim with Mountain Access Garage Door and he was at my house within two hours. An hour later the door was fully operational again. So nice to have quick quality work.

Google5He actually answered the phone when I called, and said he would be there in 30 min. He showed up promptly, had all the parts on hand and fixed my broken spring in less than an hour. Outstanding service and work! Thank you, Tim!

Google5We experienced a sudden garage door spring failure just as I was prepared to leave town. My wife's car was held hostage in the garage. I called Tim and he came over in less than 1/2 hour. Tim was very professional. Tim happened to have the correct parts in his truck and I was on the road within an hour or so after his arrival. I would not hesitate to call Tim again if needed and neither should you. BTW the repair cost was very reasonable!

Google5Have a 30 year old garage door that wasn't sealing well after accidentally backing into it with a ski rack (which resulted in low temps and snow blowing in). Tim responded to my email about repair options super quickly and then came out and did a bunch of small fixes for an incredibly reasonable service call fee. Tim also shared a ton of information on things to look out for in the future and replacement options for the future. I really appreciate the honest assessment Tim gave (at no point was there an upsell) and will definitely be calling Mountain Access for any future garage door issues!

Google5My garage door started acting up a couple days before Christmas. I called Tim in the morning and he was there before lunch the same day and took care of the problem and tuned up the whole door. Door works great now. Highly Recommended.

Google5We had a garage door motor/opener stop working after a power outage. Tim came out the next day and was very straightforward about our replacement options. He had it all fixed within about an hour and the pricing was very reasonable.

Google5A friend recommended Tim when my chain broke on my opener and left my car trapped in the garage. He was able to come and talk me through a repair vs. a new opener with enhanced technology. I went with the new opener and Tim had it up in running in know time, installed a new keypad, and even programmed my car. He is good at what he does and takes good care of his customers. I highly recommend him for all of your garage door needs. I know I will never use anyone else.
