Google5SHAUN WAS AWESOME! I am SO glad I found AAA Overhead Door among the RSVP packet offers. My 18 year old automatic garage door was in dire need of some TLC. Shaun arrived on time - talked me through all my options and helped me decide to replace my opener pro-actively. - that is BEFORE is stopped working altogether. In less than one hour I had a new QUIET opener - two remotes and a pad outside the garage. It was tempting to eke out a few more months from the old one - BUT opting for AAA's prompt professionalism was very affordable and the right choice. Thank you!

Google5Had a broken spring with my car stuck in the garage. Their technician came promptly after hours and had the springs in their truck. He was done in a timely manor and with reasonable prices. Will definitely use and recommend AAA in the future.

Google5I would recommend this company to anyone in need of either a new garage door or repair of existing one. This is one of the most customer service oriented companies in the area. The technicians that fixed my problem were courteous and very good at their job. My problem was identified and repaired quickly. The phone at the office was always answered by a friendly man who knew the business inside and out. Top shelf business!

Google5The young men that came to my house were very professional. They explained my options and didn't try to sway my decision. I asked them questions and was very impressed with their responses. They came very well prepared and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I 100% recommend anyone to use AAA Overhead!!!

Google5Our garage was severely damaged and had to be taken down and replaced. We called AAA Overhead Door. They were there the next morning to take the garage door down so no one would be hurt, and shortly thereafter they replaced it with a new garage door. They were efficient, timely, and did exactly what they said they were going to do for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

BBB1After requesting a diagnostic on our home's garage door, a tech responded from AAA Overhead Doors Bluffton. We were told a particular component in the opener needed replaced and charged a service fee. After the part could not be secured by the company, we were called back and asked to order it ourselves via Amazon, which we did. A second visit was scheduled and the part did not solve the problem. Instead, we were charged for a second visit plus labor and were given several potential variables that might otherwise be affecting the opener. We were additionally given the option of purchasing a new garage door opener from them plus an installation fee. A conversation with the owner was irrelevant, and provided neither resolution or credibility on his behalf.
